The mysterious Bermuda rumoured on the internet has been smashed through its disguise by a diving enthusiast who has taken the mystery out of the sea

The mystery of the Bermuda Triangle is not so mysterious in itself

The mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, as we know it, is not so mysterious in itself. It's just that because of the number of "strange" things that have happened in the area, and the media's ability to spin it, many people think it's extremely dangerous and mysterious, but it's not. On December 5, 1945, a formation of five USAF TBM Avenger fighter jets was involved in an accident in the Bermuda Triangle, and while flying over the area, all the fighter jets in the formation disappeared.

The first of these is a new one, a new one, a new one. The first of these was the first time that the government had to take a look at the situation. The US military concluded that the cause of the accident was not known. But after more than half a century of dust, the story suddenly took a turn for the worse. In August 2001, an American man named Mark Bleichert was diving off the coast of Bermuda.

When he dived to a depth of about 55 metres, he suddenly spotted something that resembled a plane. After this, Mark Bleichert was even more eager to dive closer for observation, and he found that the fighter plane might be a fighter plane from the World War I or World War II period. After all, compared to the fighter planes of the modern world, this fighter plane was considered completely old. The man also found and wrote down the fighter's combat number - U.S. Air Flight 19-2 - on the tail fin of the aircraft, and although he did not know the exact meaning of the number, he chose to report it to the authorities.

After this, officials then matched the information on the aircraft and found that it was one of the five fighter planes that flew in the Bermuda Triangle during the hours in 1945. Once this information was known, officials were confident that the other four aircraft would be found. Even if the wreckage of the other four planes was not found, the truth about the disappearance of USAF Flight 19 would have been revealed. This also shows that the so-called Bermuda Triangle mystery is not a paranormal phenomenon as people think.

▲A plane at the bottom of the sea

The reason why people have not been able to find out the real reason is because they have not found it. The plane was in fact resting at the bottom of the sea, but people just never managed to find it because they originally guessed the wrong location. After the wreckage of the fighter was found, a team of experts was sent to the site to investigate the cause of the accident. In the course of the investigation, the experts found that the fighter did not show any signs of attack, nor did it appear to be running low on fuel. It is highly likely that the crash was caused by extreme weather.

▲ Florida Keys

The experts speculate that the leader of the formation may have made an error of judgement, which means that he mistook the islands he saw for the Florida Keys and led the team to make a mistake. This is why the entire unit thought that their formation was flying over the Gulf of Mexico. When the formation arrived over the Bermuda Islands, the weather was so extreme that the aircraft shook violently in the air and an accident occurred. Even with modern technology, aircraft are still more afraid of extreme weather, let alone in any era.

Extreme weather at sea

Even fighter jets can still look very small when faced with the threat of nature. After learning the cause of the accident of the flying formation, people actually have their own judgment about the rescue plane that disappeared afterwards because of the search and rescue: the reason why both were lost is actually exactly the same, both because of the extreme weather, and eventually there was an uncontrollable situation that caused the whole plane to explode, and because of that, even now this rescue plane still has no way to be found. And with so many years having passed, the chances of finding it again are even slimmer.
