The incredible milky way
I live in a city, which means that seeing stars is challenging, and the universe often fades into the background of our busy lives. Streetlights conceal much of the wonder above us. But wouldn't it be amazing to switch off those lights and reconnect with the world beyond our own? That's the essence of what I want these videos to be – brief escapes into the universe. We can embark on this journey into the starry sky above, irrespective of whether we have clear skies, telescopes, or ample free time.

IS THE END NEAR?
According to Quantum Field Theory, empty space is not truly empty. It is filled with minuscule vibrations that have the potential to transform into virtual particles if they possess sufficient energy. These virtual particles can generate packets of light known as photons with low energy. Every black hole possesses an event horizon, which is a point of no return. Once an object crosses this point, it can never escape, not even light. The gravitational force around the event horizon is incredibly strong, and black holes survive by consuming gas and stars in their vicinity. Typically, a black hole has an accretion disk, a swirling disc of material that surrounds it. As objects approach the event horizon, they become heated and torn apart, causing the accretion disk to glow brightly. As material moves closer to the black hole, it accelerates and travels faster and faster, orbiting around the black hole. This phenomenon causes the accretion disc to emit light and simultaneously delineates the silhouette of the black hole, which essentially represents the Event Horizon. Black holes may attempt to conceal themselves, but they do so with great ineptitude. According to Einstein's theory of general relativity, gravity distorts and warps both space and time. This implies that as one approaches the immensely powerful gravitational pull surrounding a black hole, the surrounding space and time become increasingly distorted. This concept was elucidated by Stephen Hawking nearly half a century ago, and its implications extend beyond this point. Hawking also proposed that if particles manage to escape from a black hole, they pilfer some of its energy. Consequently, the black hole gradually loses energy over time until it eventually vanishes altogether. Hawking suggested that black holes emit energy in the form of thermal energy or heat, known as Hawking radiation. This radiation does not convey any information, meaning that when a black hole evaporates, it eradicates all information pertaining to the star that gave rise to the black hole. Consequently, we are unable to ascertain the true events that transpired. The subject matter at hand is rather perplexing due to the principles of quantum mechanics, which assert that information cannot be destroyed. This contradiction is commonly referred to as the Hawking information paradox. According to Hawking, the information that appears to be lost is not truly gone, but rather stored within a cloud of Zero Energy particles that encompass the black hole. He termed this phenomenon "soft hair."
