The cherry blossom trees, which had been the pride of Yoshikawa, were withering away without care. Amid this decline lived an elderly man named Hiroshi Tanaka. Hiroshi had spent his entire life in Yoshikawa and had witnessed its golden days. He remembered how tourists would flock to the village every spring to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. But now, the village was silent, and the trees were dying. Hiroshi couldn’t bear to see his home fade away. He decided to do something about it.
