Nikola Tesla was born on July 10th, 1856 in Smiljan, Lika, part of the Austro-Hungarian empire, now in Croatia. His family background includes his father, grandfather, and mother's side. The early life and family of Nikola Tesla's parents, Milutin Tesla and Djuka Mandic. Nikola Tesla's childhood experiences and early influences. Tesla's upbringing in Lika province provides a glimpse into his family, education, and early interests. Influential moments with his family, animals, and surroundings shaped his curiosity and pursuit of invention. Tesla's early struggles in school and health challenges shaped his future pursuits. Despite excelling in mathematics, Tesla struggled in drawing class, leading to poor grades and a dislike for diagrams. After recovering from serious illnesses, Tesla's passion for electricity was ignited, leading him to conduct early experiments with batteries and generators. Tesla's journey from physical and mental strength to academic challenges. Tesla spent time in nature, boosting his physical and mental strength while contemplating inventions.

Despite his initial success at the Polytechnic School in Graz, Austria, Tesla's gambling addiction prevented him from graduating in 1878. Tesla strongly advocated for the use of alternating current (AC) over direct current (DC) in energy generation. He was ahead of his time in recognizing the efficiency of AC for electricity delivery. Despite facing initial challenges, Tesla's relentless advocacy for AC eventually led to its widespread adoption in power grids. Tesla played a pioneering role in the development of AC power, but he encountered numerous obstacles in establishing his inventions. In 1885, Tesla, along with AC supporters Lane and Vail, founded the Tesla Electric Light Company, which faced financial difficulties due to high demands. In 1886, Tesla established the Tesla Electric Company with Brown and Peck, and in 1888, he unveiled the polyphase induction motor. Tesla gained crucial support from Westinghouse during the 'War of the Currents'. Tesla's accomplishments and contributions were widely recognized, and he received numerous prestigious awards and medals, including honorary doctoral degrees and the Elliot Cresson Medal. He made history by constructing the first-ever hydroelectric power plant at Niagara Falls and by demonstrating innovative applications of X-ray and radio technology.

Tesla's most remarkable achievement was the demonstration of wireless transmission of electrical energy, which had the potential for global impact. He successfully illuminated 200 lamps using wireless transmission from a power source located 26 miles away. Tesla's ultimate goal was to provide the world with clean and free electrical power, but he faced significant obstacles from profit-driven investors. As a result, Tesla experienced financial struggles and encountered rejection from investors. Despite encountering financial difficulties and a lack of support from investors, Tesla persevered in its pursuit of innovation. He sold personal belongings and borrowed money, yet still faced challenges with unpaid bills. This, coupled with the hesitancy of investors like Morgan to continue funding Tesla's projects, resulted in a decline in his credibility and public opinion. Tesla encountered setbacks in gaining support for his inventions, such as his attempts to sell small Tesla coils and his ambitious project to harness the power of Niagara Falls. These endeavors faced obstacles in terms of investment and partnership. Despite facing financial and personal hardships, Tesla managed to recover from a nervous breakdown and redirected his focus towards mechanical engineering. His contributions to the field of electrical engineering earned him recognition and acclaim. Although Tesla was reported to have jointly won the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1915, he ultimately did not receive it. However, in 1917, he was awarded the Edison Medal for his significant contributions to electrical engineering, although he did not place much importance on such accolades. Tesla's visionary plans and inventions, including the development of a particle beam weapon, showcased his ambitious nature and determination. Nikola Tesla, a renowned inventor with a vast array of patents, confidently presented plans to challenge Einstein's theory of relativity and advance interplanetary communications. Despite his ambitious endeavors, such as the creation of a death beam weapon, some of his concepts proved to be unfeasible, leading to obstacles along the way.

Tesla's life and contributions have left a lasting impact on science and technology. Following his cremation, his ashes were interred in a golden sphere at the Tesla Museum in Belgrade. After the US government scrutinized Tesla's documents for wartime intelligence posthumously, no significant findings were uncovered, and his notes and remains were eventually returned to the museum. Despite financial struggles and a tarnished reputation in his later years, Tesla's groundbreaking work in areas such as alternating current, radio technology, and wireless communication solidified his status as a revered inventor. Nikola Tesla's legacy continues to be a subject of admiration and debate, with some even questioning if his brilliance surpassed that of Einstein.
