There are no humans on Earth at all

Humans are the new generation of "Earth domination" after the dinosaurs, but the two emerged 58 million years apart, which is a long process, during which a lot of stories must have happened, so after the extinction of the dinosaurs, the Earth and what has experienced? And how did humans emerge?

The origin and development of mammals

The question of "how did humans emerge after the extinction of the dinosaurs" can start from the evolutionary path of mammals, because from the point of view of biological classification, humans are also mammals, and if we can study the history of the development of mammals in-depth, we will know that their rise was after the extinction of the dinosaurs.

The earliest mammals can be traced back to 100 million - 85 million years ago, when dinosaurs were not extinct and always dominated the earth, indicating that mammals once coexisted with dinosaurs on earth.

However, because of the small size of mammals at that time, survival advantage is far less than the dinosaurs, so both predation and activity range are very limited, they mainly live on the ground or in trees, and in most cases choose to travel at night.

Until 65 million years ago, the Earth was severely affected by the collision of planets, resulting in abrupt ecological changes, in this case, the large size and high energy demand of dinosaurs ushered in an unprecedented survival crisis, and even towards extinction, while the small size and energy needs of mammals are also small survived.

Since the extinction of the dinosaurs, the mammalian population has seen explosive growth, and there are some new groups, such as carnivorous felines, vegetation animals, primates, etc. So over time, mammals continue to develop and grow, and also laid the foundation for the emergence of human ancestors.

How did the first man appear?

Although humans belong to mammals, they are very different from other animals because they can not only walk upright but also use subjective thoughts to accomplish some unnatural behaviors, so they have strong special characteristics in the natural world.

When materialism was prevalent, many people believed that man was created by God, and this is fully reflected in countless mythological stories, such as Nuwa's creation of man and Adam and Eve.

In modern times, however, materialism was introduced and increasingly accepted, with the core idea that living things came about through evolution, and Darwin's theory of evolution shares this view.

Darwin believed that organisms in nature must follow the law of survival of the fittest, and to survive for a long time, they need to adapt to changes in their living environment and select the best genetic material, while those who cannot adapt to the environment and make changes will eventually face elimination.

However, Darwin did not explore the nature of genetic material in depth but only made a theoretical analysis of trait inheritance.

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, human beings found a deeper understanding of biological evolution and found new research methods and bases, such as fossil calculations, and prehistoric biological DNA technology analysis, and finally got the answer to the question of human origins.

It was found that the origin and development of human beings went through four main stages, namely the Southern Archaeopteryx stage, the Homo sapiens stage, the Homo erectus stage, and the Homo sapiens stage.

The different stages of human evolution

The first stage is the Southern Archaeopteryx stage. According to the measurement results of the fossil archaeopteryx, the Southern Archaeopteryx came from 4.4 million - 1 million years ago. Through the analysis of fossil anatomy, it was found that the Southern Archaeopteryx was different from ordinary apes in that they could walk bipedally and upright.

The fossils were first discovered in 1974 by a British scholar. In addition to some child skeletons, there are many adult-sized upper and lower jaw fragments and teeth inside the fossils, and their characteristics are so similar to those of humans that they were initially included in the genus Homo, and were only corrected years later.

There are many fossils of Homo sapiens, such as those found in Tanzania and Kenya in East Africa, which are similar to modern humans in both hand and foot bones, and there are also some tools made of gravel in the layers.

After calculating that early Homo sapiens originated 1.9 million years ago, they had a significantly higher level of brain power compared with the southern archaeopteryx and were able to use stones to make various tools needed.

The third stage is Homo erectus, which evolved from Homo sapiens, also known as Homo sapiens, and existed between 1.7 and 200,000 years ago, and had a relatively wide distribution, almost all over the world.

Their fossils were first discovered in 1891, and then triggered a debate in the scientific community about the attribution of Homo erectus, with some believing that Homo erectus belonged to a man and others believing that they belonged to apes.

The fourth stage is Homo sapiens, including early Homo sapiens and late Homo sapiens. Early Homo sapiens came from 200,000-100,000 years ago, and its fossils were found in a cave in Germany, with a relatively complete human skeleton. appear to be much larger than Homo erectus.

Late Homo sapiens, on the other hand, originated 40,000 years ago and are called modern humans in the anatomical sense because their anatomy is almost the same as that of modern humans, with their foreheads further elevated, jaws receding, and eh physical form increasingly resembling modern humans.

In any case, the origin and evolution of human beings have gone through a long journey, and although the search for the truth has been arduous, the good news is that we have finally gained something, and through the study of ancient fossils, we know the origin and evolution of human ancestors.

But the study of human evolution does not stop here, I believe that in the future scientists will bring more surprises with the aid of more advanced equipment.
