Exploring the themes of woman empowerment through Netflix's Trigger Warning
Exploring the themes of woman empowerment through Netflix's Trigger Warning As we evolve into the changing nuances of contemporary cinema, the stereotypical portrayals of women as passive and nurturing abodes for their masculine figures have seen a new light with female representation as thought-provoking leaders and competent individuals who are no damsels in distress waiting for their saviours. Netflix’s recent movie Trigger Warning, starring Jessica Alibi, is a similar hard-hitting tale. Jessica Alba channels her inner maverick as she plays a serving U.S. military officer who must return home after a tragic incident. Despite the film's excellent craftsmanship, some of its subtleties revert to the same clichés that can be found in other Hollywood productions. Let's examine the themes of women's empowerment that the movie explores in more detail.

The one when Joey Tells Rachel
I am falling in love with you! I don’t get it! I said I am falling in love with you. The very noteworthy scene between Rachel and Joey in the most-watched sitcom friends tells us about love. Joey and Rachel have been friends for several years, and friendship is something that comes with its rules and regulations, its ups and downs. Humans are contracted beings, the ones who take everything for granted when it comes easy.

Here is another great read from James Patterson and Maxine Paetro entitled 'The 5th Horseman. This is a detective mystery novel about a homicide detective by the name of Lindsey Boxer, a detective lieutenant and her best friend Yuki Castellano and a few other friends and co-workers. There are two cases that seem to be intertwined one dealing with malpractice and one with aspects like an angel of death. There are two phrases in this story that will make you think 'A bad wind blows' and when someone says, 'I plead the fifth on the grounds that it may incriminate me.'
