Red, White and Royal Blue (2023) - Film Review

Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine star in the film adaptation of Casey McQuiston's novel

Despite moments of chemistry between Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine, the script lacked the spark to make me invested in these characters' romance. The film felt simultaneously rushed and yet seemingly lacking in subtext to make this an engaging, character-driven piece despite the lengthy runtime or ensemble cast.
