Erin Yun has created a middle school novel entitled 'Pippa Park Crush at First Sight'. Oh, the world of middle school. This is the story of Pippa and her friends the month before Christmas with Pippa in charge of organizing her social life and the various issues that do occur at this stage of growing otherwise known as the tweens.

Erin Yun has once again written a novel about how middle school can teach many skills that will help youth learn what is really important in living their lives. She gives Pippa many decisions to make in dealing with the various situations that occur with family and friends that occur at home, school or in the community. Does Pippa learn what she needs to learn?
