Is Pain Necessary for Growth?

Maybe we don’t really grow until we feel pain…

By Malak Published about a year ago 1 min read

Pain shows us how fragile we are.It makes us hear the voice inside that we’ve been ignoring. It’s like a mirror that forces us to see ourselves without masks, just as we truly are.

Pain isn’t given for no reason,it’s hard to go through, but it shapes our soul,it reveals both the light and darkness inside us.

No one wants to feel pain, but anyone who grew deeply inside, has been through it.

In those moments, we become more honest with ourselves. We finally hear the voice we silenced for so long…

There’s a big difference between someone who grew up in comfort, and someone who grew while facing storms. The first knows life by how it was told to them. The second lived it, touched its truth, and felt its bitterness.

Those who never felt pain may speak well, but those who truly suffered… speak with silence. Those who lived in comfort see life as it look, those who lived in pain see life as it truly is.

Something in us breaks when we’re in pain, but at the same time, something new is born, something more aware, more patient, something that understands who we truly are.

So, should we hate pain? Or be thankful for it?

Maybe it’s the hardship that breaks us,so we can rise again—deeper than before…
