The Movie that Changed the World

Of all the great cinematic art to grace the big screen in the late 90's, arguably none had a greater impact than 1999's, 'The Matrix'. This revolutionary film would not only receive worldwide recognition, but its style and use of ‘bullet time’ visual effects are still used in movies today.

This is a great critique, Kenny! So on point and I love that image! I remember when The Matrix came out and all the fuss that was made about "bullet time". It was amazing how much impact one film can have on everything that follows it. Well done in encapsulating that with such a short word count!

Great review, and it still boggles my mind that they even used the effects in Shrek!
