I have read the novel of 'Anne Frank' many times from the standpoint of a high school student to a graduate student. The novel is a very poignant one that shows the reader how a young girl must grow up in a time of extreme hatred and living in very small areas. It is a very emotional read for anybody to try and fully understand what the characters had to live through in a difficult time in history.

A is for all anxiety that they felt.

N is for the nightmares that they probably had at various times.

N is for the Nazi regime they were trying to survive.

E is for mental energy that it took them in many respects.

F is for the frustration that they felt during their time in the attic.

R is for reactions they all felt in the situations that came their way.

A is for the atrocities that they had heard about from friends on the outside.

N is for the remembering of what was 'normal' at this time.

K is for knowing of what would happen if found.
