'a brief chapter in my impossible life' is a teen/youth novel written by Dana Reinhardt describing what a character named Simone, who was adopted and has many questions about herself and where she comes from. Simone finds out about her birth mother named Rivka who also has many 'items' she would like to share. This novel is full of emotion(s) and to me definitely a good book to share with friends and family that could and are dealing with all or some of the issues presented in this story. The cover art gives the reader an inkling to what the story holds with a girl on a beach looking back at a house that is special.
