Secrets
The Obsidian Heart and the Sunstone Soul
The city of Veridian was a jewel box of chrome and glass, a testament to humanity’s relentless climb towards the heavens. But beneath the shimmering towers, in the labyrinthine underbelly known as the Undercroft, life was a brutal, monochrome struggle. Here, in the perpetual twilight, lived Silas, a man whose existence was as grey and unforgiving as the reinforced concrete walls that enclosed him.

"When You Became My Horizon"
The city of Veridian was a monochrome masterpiece, a symphony in shades of gray. Towering buildings, sculpted from dull, unreflective concrete, scraped a sky perpetually veiled in a thin, colorless haze. The people, wrapped in practical, unadorned clothing, moved with a quiet, almost robotic efficiency. Emotions were a luxury Veridian couldn't afford, a distraction from the relentless pursuit of order and productivity.

Silent Inside, Screaming Outside
I sit in the corner of the room. Still. Calm. Silent. To the outside world, I look fine. Maybe a little reserved, maybe too quiet at times, but always composed. No dramatic outbursts. No oversharing. Just a calm shell of a person, seemingly unbothered by life’s chaos. But what people don’t realize is that behind the silence, there’s a storm. My thoughts are never quiet. They scream, constantly.

Power Comes with a Price . Content Warning.
By Jasper Blackwood I take a good look at my life, and I see the curse that plagues me, yup yup yup! Don't get it wrong, this curse is not bad. This curse sets me apart from everyone else. I remember this one time Mr. Blackwood once said, Oh no, here they come again... Perhaps if I just close my eyes, all of this will go away. At the time, we laughed, but that was not my intention. My intention was deeper than that. I was dealing with those who were stuck in a reality that doesn't exist apart from themselves. If you still follow, then you are my people. And I will show you where we come from. For those who do not follow, no worries, your time to come is not as you are now, but what you will become after, " US."

The Bus Stop Stranger
I was late—again. The rain was relentless, drumming against my umbrella like it was trying to shake me out of my fog. I had just left the office, soaked in more than just rain: burnout, boredom, and the dull ache of a life on autopilot. My job in digital marketing paid the bills, but it was eating me from the inside out.
