This picture was taken at AIIMS New Delhi during our recent visit for the in-person meeting. It was an exciting and memorable experience as we had the opportunity to meet many important individuals, including experts from ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research), dedicated staff members, knowledgeable doctors, and project holders. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and a sense of purpose. We engaged in fruitful discussions, exchanged valuable insights, and learned from the vast expertise present at AIIMS. The interactions were not only informative but also enjoyable, making the entire visit a truly fun and rewarding experience. This picture serves as a reminder of the meaningful connections made and the valuable knowledge gained during our time at AIIMS New Delhi. Amidst the busy schedule, we found time to have lunch together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and creating lasting bonds. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, laughter, and a shared passion for healthcare and research. This experience at AIIMS was not only fruitful but also incredibly fun, leaving us with cherished memories and a sense of inspiration for future endeavors.

I am Kinjal Shah, a Research Assistant at Civil Hospital, Surat, working on a multicentric study with 22 sites, including Surat, which gives me immense happiness and gratitude. I feel blessed for having received this opportunity and I am endlessly thankful to God for it. The experience of working here has been incredible and I have learned so much from this work. I am grateful to our Principal Investigator of project IMPETUStroke, Dr. Paresh Zanzmera, and the Co-Principal Investigator, Dr. Amit Gamit, for initiating this project and giving me a chance to work on the study. It feels incredible to be a part of a team that is trying to make a positive difference in people's lives by researching ways to improve stroke outcomes. I enjoy working on this project and contributing to the field of research. I feel proud of the work my team and I are doing, and it motivates me every day to strive for excellence. I am thankful for the trust that they have placed in me, and I am determined to contribute meaningfully. As I continue to work on this study, I hope to expand my knowledge and gain more experience in this field. Being able to work on something that I am passionate about is an incredible feeling, and I intend to keep pursuing this ambition. Lastly, I would like to take a moment to thank the AIIMS team, led by Dr. Rohit Bhatia, and his helpers, Dr. Sweta and Dr. Dipshikha, and everyone else for bringing this project to fruition. The dedication and hard work they put into making this study a reality have tremendously impacted the lives of many. I am humbled and honored to be a part of this team and will work hard to exceed their expectations. In conclusion, being a Research Assistant in a big multicentric study has brought me immense happiness and fulfillment. I am grateful for the opportunity to work on this project and for the experiences that have been an integral part of my journey.

I am delighted to be a part of this incredible team and feel a strong desire to delve deeper into this field. The experience at AIIMS New Delhi and the interactions with the professionals from ICMR, as well as the staff and doctors, have only intensified my passion for healthcare and research. Witnessing the dedication and expertise of everyone involved has inspired me to expand my knowledge and skills further. This journey has shown me the immense potential for making a positive impact on people's lives through advancements in medicine and healthcare. I am eager to continue learning, exploring new avenues, and contributing to meaningful projects in this field. Being a part of this team has reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career that combines my passion for healthcare with the opportunity to create meaningful change. I am grateful for this experience and look forward to the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.
