White Rabbit Lost
A Tale From A Steampunk Stuff Picture

Introduction
I do find Steampunk Stuff's posts amusing and keep saying I will write a tale based on one of their images. This is the one I chose:
The music is "White Rabbit" by Jefferson Airplane
White Rabbit Lost
The White Rabbit was at a fork in the road, thinking that his watch was a compass. He thought he had picked up his compass, but he spent so much time wondering whether or not to take it, he picked up his pocket watch, which was stopped because he had not wound it up for weeks.
He always thought Wonderland should have been called "I Wonderland" because almost everything confused him, and he could never decide what he should do.
Should he make tea or coffee?
Should he serve cake or biscuits?
Should he only have Sunday Dinner on a Sunday?
So many decisions to be made, and he was sure that he had never made the right one.
All the people and creatures in Wonderland he knew: The Mad Hatter, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, The Red Queen, The Hookah Smoking Caterpillar and the Cheshire Cat.
And now the new girl, Alice.
He had been following her, but she had said some strange things and said she had fallen down a rabbit hole and ended up here. It was not his rabbit hole.
Now he was lost in Wonderland, standing at a fork in the road with the option to go this way or that way, or go back.
He used to be indecisive, but now he wasn't sure, but he knew he was lost.
Which way should he go, and would he ever find Alice again?
These words came to him once more
"I wonder"
The White Rabbit
He looked at his compass once again and realised it was his watch and the hands had not moved.
Then he decided he should go "That Way" set off, changed his mind, and went off "This Way"
