Three Books Published - One Week

The Books And Their Inspirations

By Mike Singleton ๐Ÿ’œ Mikeydred Published about a year ago โ€ข Updated about a year ago โ€ข 1 min read

Introduction

I had been working hard putting together my most ambitious book yet nad started documenting it here:

But thanks to remembering some cajoling from Vocal friends, I ended up self-publishing three books in less than a week.

The Art Of The Glittering Fox

This was the first one, my most ambitious book to date, only available at this moment as a hardback, containing the beautiful and inspirational artwork by Angie Livingstone with my words to accompany them in the form of stories and poetry.

The methods I discovered made me think I could do a second one.

A Collection Of Plagiaristic Poetry

This was an idea I had a couple of years ago, and every so often, I will publish a plagiaristic poem.

My friend Dharrsheena loves the form and suggested it could make a readable book, so here it is.

I have still to see anyone else create a plagiaristic poem, so it is not yet a recognised form.

The Sandman And The Sea Girl

This started as a story to see if I could write something that was not horror, and Mariann Carroll suggested that it could be a book:

It turned out to be seven stories following on from each other, and is the nearest I have come to writing a novella.

Conclusion

I am done with self-publishing for the time being, although there may be three more to repurpose that Amazon won't let me delete.

Thank you for reading.
