One of the first Matt Haig books was this
I am covering this book on my blog, but I have a feeling that I will soon finish it. It is a small book with large print and lots of white space, making it very easy to read, and I needed something less taxing after Simon Singh's "The Code Book" (which is excellent and you can check out here:

That ode tells you a lot about this book. Matt Haig writes novels (which are excellent (check him out here:
He also writes a lot of books about dealing with mental health issues, which give a lot of good advice about living in the world today, and help you see the good among the bad,
He addresses the problems and advantages of Social Media, as well as how we can become addicted to it. Sometimes we get upset comparing our situations to those of others. Still, he rightly points out that William Shakespeare was arguably the greatest writer ever, but gets 3.7 on GoodReads (though that seems to be an average for his plays, as I cannot find an author score).
He tells us that we need seven to nine hours of sleep a night, but when Thomas Edison invented the electric light, he reckoned that sleep was a waste of effort and only for lazy people. We need sleep to recover.
Also, the CEO of Netflix said their biggest competitor was not Prime or HBO, but people sleeping. I seldom watch more than two episodes of anything, and make sure I get at least six hours of sleep a night, sometimes more.
Conclusion
This book touches on many things that can help everybody who reads it. It gives me lots of things to think about, and I am sure that you will feel the same if you get yourself a copy.
