Now, if you are looking for a light coverage foundation, this is the one for you. Affordable, light on the skin and perfect for the summer months. It gives a dewy finish and a fresh look to your skin.

2. Maybelline SuperStay Foundation

The Maybelline SuperStay is a full coverage, smooth and blurring foundation. It blends into the skin seamlessly and "super stays" on the skin all day. This foundation is perfect for day to day wear and even for special occasions.

This foundation retails for £9.99 on Superdrug and can also be found in local super markets like Asda. However you can always find a bargain on trusty amazon.

3. Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation

The Rimmel 25 Hour foundation is my go-to foundation. Whether its day to day wear or for a night out this foundation covers it all! This foundation gives you full coverage, a light feeling on the skin and you can trust that it will stay on your skin all day. A personal favourite of mine and a small price tag to go with it.

The Rimmel 25 hour foundation retails for £8.29 in Boots which is an absolute bargain for a genuinely brilliant foundation.

4. L'Oréal True Match Foundation

The L'Oréal True Match foundation can be a little runny in consistency, however it gives a beautifully blended finish and really matches the skins texture. A little also goes a long way with this particular foundation.

The True Match is retailed for £9.99 at Boots.

5. Max Factor Face Finity

This foundation feels lovely on the skin and acts as a three-in-one, primer, concealer and foundation. It has an amazing texture on the skin and gives a good amount of coverage.

The Max Factor Face Finity is a little pricier however is still very affordable. However I have found that you can buy this foundation on Amazon for only £9.40.
