Avoiding make-up is one of the best ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle in 2022. Make-up can contain lead, mercury, and other carcinogens which are harmful to the skin.

There are two ways to maintain health and beauty

1) Drink lots of water:

Drinking plenty of water is essential for overall health and beauty. Not only does it help with weight loss, but it also helps with the prevention of acne and other skin ailments. Drinking enough water is essential for your diet as well as for your health in general. The proper amount of fluid intake should be about 1 ½ liters per day for adults and 1 liter per day for children aged 4-8 years old.

Water doesn't have any calories, so when people drink water instead of sugary drinks, they are able to cut calories without feeling hungry or thirsty. Water also helps keep skin healthy and hydrated because it contains electrolytes and minerals that prevent dryness and other skin ailments.

2) Get enough sleep:

Getting enough sleep not only helps with the appearance of your skin, but also helps you focus better during the day. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night!

Sleep is vital for your mind and body. Getting 8 hours of sleep every night will help you look better, think clearer, and feel better.

3) Manage Your Stress

Anxiety is one of the major problems that most people face. Although anxiety is a common reaction to daily life challenges and changes, the effects of the disease can be far-reaching. There are various ways you can manage your stress level, and these include meditation, exercise, and yoga. Meditation is also good for you, it can help reduce your anxiety and depression. It helps you to calm down and focus on the more important things, such as breathing, meditating, and praying. Exercise can help keep the body strong through exercise. Yoga will help you balance your body, your mind and your spirit. You could try to do some form at home or outside naturally during the holidays. Do not let anxieties overwhelm your life.
