Kill all the sense of separation

"kill all the sense of separation. "

The mind thinks from the point of view of separation, division, and analysis. Through the mind, life is divided into many pieces. Life itself is not divided; life itself is one. Life itself is still inseparable, but the mind thinks from a fragmented point of view, so whatever the mind says is bound to be false. The trees are there, the sky is above your head, and the earth, you and everything are deeply one. The tree seems to be separated from you, but it is not, and it cannot be separated. The sun is so far away, but you can't survive if the sun dies. You will soon cease to exist here. Without the sun ten trillion miles away, you can't exist here. If the sun does not exist, we will never know that it does not exist, because there will be no one to know about it. We are part of the light of the sun.

The whole world is a unity of cosmology. You are not isolated; you are not like an island. You are connected; you are rooted in the ocean of existence, like a wave.

Unless one feels such a thing deeply, he cannot enter the samadhi, he cannot enter the total ecstasy of existence, because if you think that you are separate, you cannot merge, you cannot surrender. If you think you are not separated, then surrender becomes easy; it will happen. If you feel that you are one with life, you can rely on it. Then there will be no fear. Then you can die happily and ecstatically in it. Then there is no fear of death.

The fear of death enters into existence because you think you are separate. Then you start to fight, and then you start to defend. You begin to see yourself as the enemy in conflict. You think from the point of view of conquest and victory. But then you will be defeated; your failure is certain.

You are only a part of the whole, but you have been fighting the whole. That's why everyone you see everywhere fails: they are defeated, they are frustrated. In the end, everyone will understand that life has always been a long-term failure. Not only those who are unsuccessful will feel this. Those who are successful will also feel this. Even people like Nambo, Ashanta and even people like them will feel defeated.

Why is this the case? because you are not separated from the whole. If a person thinks that he is separated from life, I will call him a non-religious person; if a person understands that he is an organic part of life, I will call him a religious person. When I say an organic part of life, I do not mean a mechanical part, because the mechanical part can be taken out; the organic part cannot be taken out. In fact, it is not a part, it is deeply integrated with the whole.

A pious man transcends worry and the fear of death, because now he knows that he does not exist, and the whole exists. So how can there be fear? even death becomes a kind of communication, a kind of rendezvous. It's not dissolving. Instead, it's fusion. It's not something against you. It's something that makes you feel relieved deeply.

Life is a tense state of worry. Death is beautiful. All you have to do is go into a deep release. You're back to the source again. The wave will rise again, but at this moment it has stopped; it has entered the ocean of rest. Death is a deep rest. Before freshmen, that kind of rest is necessary.

Once you understand this, there will be no fear. Once you accept and perceive the deep, organic, ocean-like oneness, you accept everything. You know that everything is one, existence is one. It seems to have many different forms, but only the forms are different. Its essence, the most inner core, is still one.

This attitude will help you get into meditation very easily. Remember, if you are afraid of death, you will also be afraid of meditation. That is a logical inference. If you are afraid of death, you cannot completely allow yourself to enter meditation, because meditation is a kind of death. You consciously and voluntarily integrate yourself with the whole. You die as an individual, as yourself, and as one with a non-self-being.

If you are afraid of death, you will also be afraid of meditation. But if you fall in love with meditation, you will not be afraid of death. If you enter meditation without fear, you will become immortal, for there will be no death waiting for you. You are dead, so how can you die again? a person who has entered meditation is dead. Now you can't die again, now death can't destroy you. You have succumbed; you are no longer you. Death will enter an empty room. It won't find you there.

Only the self will die, you will not die. Your life is eternal, but your self is short. The self is just a created and made-up phenomenon. You created it. It is necessary, it has some purpose. In society, you need a self; but in life, in existence, the same self becomes an obstacle.

To be a disciple is to transcend society, because it is to surrender yourself. In society, there is a need for self. You must have some reference points to point out who you are. In the case of disciples, that reference point is not needed. You don't have to say who you are; you can just exist. If you exist, that's enough. There is no need to tell anyone who you are. That "who" is the need of society. Existence never asks who you are.

When you abandon yourself, you are ready to become one with the whole. These are two ways to tell the same thing: you can think of the whole being as one, or you think you have no self. Both will do the same thing, and the result will be the same. You will become an ocean-like entity. And once that oneness is understood, you can't lose it again.

"kill all the sense of separation. "

As long as it becomes a drop of water, a drop of water that falls into the sea and becomes one with the sea. Don't be afraid of death, because in fact there is no death for you.

A person who is afraid is a false phenomenon, a false entity, an entity created by the consciousness of separation. In meditation, remember that you are jumping back to the source, into the source. You are moving from the self to a selfless being.

Be prepared to die in meditation. If you can die in meditation, you will have an eternal life. You will become immortal.
