Different causes of Dandruff

Although the cause of dandruff is not fully understood, it is currently said to be one of the main causes of degeneration of the natural scalp of the lipid barrier, which leaves much to be seen with a small amount of yeast infection commonly found on the skin. As the yeast grows, it leads to an inflammatory reaction that kills the scalp cells in large numbers, which in turn slowly form into sticky patches and flakes.

The condition is identified as:

- White or clear spots on the head, hair and clothes.

- Itchy skin that is red and swollen.

Some teens find that they develop acne when they start puberty because their hygiene habits have not changed to meet the challenges of faster sebum production.

Depression, poor hygiene, and poor nutrition can make scalp more susceptible to illness. High-sugar foods are especially known to increase yeast infections.

Hair should be mixed regularly to release flakes and promote blood supply to the skin, which will speed up the natural immune response.

TREATMENT OF RACE

There are a few habits you can develop and natural remedies you can use to treat dandruff.

Nutrition: Excess sugar in the diet can exacerbate any yeast infection. Try to reduce your intake of sugary foods and refined starch while treating baldness.

Cleansing: Wash your head thoroughly with your hands while washing your hair. This will help release and remove any flakes of dead skin and help prevent the infection from continuing. Wash your hair daily until the infection is gone.

Conditioning: Use a protective hair conditioner at the ends of the hair only. Avoid getting a conditioner on your head where it can clog pores and interfere with skin cooling.

Alternative Therapies:

Massage: Rubbing your scalp several times a day with only finger pads will stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and help release dead skin bumps.

Brushing: Brushing your hair well daily will help release and remove dead skin flakes, increase the smooth flow of sebum near the hair shaft, and increase blood flow to the hair follicles.

Wash Hands After Brushing and Grooming Hair: Skin fungal infections are highly contagious, and are easy to re-infect and spread to other parts of the body. This is why it is important to wash your hair daily and to brush away any loose dandruff flakes - so that healthy areas of the scalp do not become infected. Washing your hands after brushing, rubbing and straightening your hair will also help prevent further infections or infections.
