In this conscious world that exists in a self-way, the pain of our lives is almost always related to "time"-our hearts are either obsessed with the past, worried about the future, or separated from the present. This is irrational, pain is the result of irrational.

There are four words, if you are good at "tasting" and "absorbing", it will help you dilute or relieve your pain.

01

In the past, it no longer exists.

Most of the pain in our life is related to the "past". If there is no "past", there will be no pain. There is no problem with the past-the present and the future-in a sense, the "past" is like the root of a poisonous tree, from which our pain of the present and the future comes from.

Unconsciously, we treat the past as real, and then produce the pain of the present or the future. We have ignored an important fact: in the past, it no longer exists.

Have you noticed the fact that "the past no longer exists!" If you can settle or wake up to this fact, then most of the pain in our lives will go away. The "past" no longer exists. We are stupid to cling to things that do not exist or to regard what is not true as real. Foolishness is the beginning of pain. Let's go back to our senses.

02

Now, everything is the best arrangement.

Another part of our pain comes from the present-the present for many people. What we have is inconsistent with what we think, and it makes us miserable to cling to what we want in our minds rather than what is clearly "yes" in front of us.

Do not see "now, everything is the best arrangement", let our endless troubles roll in from the "present", as if "the present" has become a fountain of pain, and endless bitter water is constantly gushing out.

"now, everything is the best arrangement." can you recognize that the kindness of reality exceeds your understanding of it? our "hearts" of one mind always adhere to the "best principle" in all circumstances, so what happens now is always the best of all possibilities. This is reality, but you need to recognize it.

When you are dissatisfied with reality, when you are suffering in the present, recognize and understand the truth that "now, everything is the best arrangement."

03

The future, it hasn't happened yet.

When we think of the "future", we are often full of fear or worry, and sometimes the imaginary content of fear or worry is so vivid that it makes us restless or anxious. Like the "past" and "present", we are still ignoring the obvious fact that it does not really exist. "the future-- it hasn't happened yet." We are reacting in fear to images that do not exist-sitting in heaven and experiencing hell is what we, the so-called "neurotic" people, often do.

If you pay a little attention, you will find that everything is fine at the moment, except for the frightening and worrying stories in your head. All the most unbearable things happen in the mind, not in reality. Is it your situation to experience hell in heaven and reincarnation in Nirvana? if so, notice, bring yourself back gently, to the real world where there are no hell and reincarnation stories!

04

All the time: there is nothing in the world, there is freedom everywhere.

100% of the pain, worry, or fear in our lives comes from imagination. Without imagination, there would be no world, and there would be no suffering of the soul.

Life exists along the axis of "time"-if we can really notice that "the past no longer exists", "the future has not happened", "the present is the best arrangement of all circumstances", then when everything happens, what will happen to us? everything is at ease! This is the life of the wise people who come out of the illusion of "past", "future" and "present"-their own "imagination"-the life that each of us wants! Leave the illusion and live such a life like this!

In the past, it no longer exists.

Now, everything is the best arrangement.

The future, it hasn't happened yet.

All the time: there is nothing in the world, there is freedom everywhere.

In the existence of life, consciously paying attention to the illusion of time and paying attention to the influence of the mind's imagination on itself based on reality will help us to extricate ourselves from pain or weaken it. The above four sentences can be used as a mantra to remind you to return to the truth about the troubles of the past, the present, and the future. When you spin the story of the past in your mind and are influenced by the story of the past, an idea of "the past no longer exists" jumps in. It can "interrupt" or "buffer" your story and play its due role.

For some people, these four sentences may be too common, too platitudes, or even simply "nonsense". The reason why nonsense is nonsense is because you didn't turn it into treasure. Some old tunes don't work for you, maybe it's because, although you've been listening to it all your life, you've never really listened to it. If you can listen to a word, just as the earth absorbs raindrops, I think it will be useful. It works like a pill in water, and when you drink it, it will have some effect on you. The reason why a medicine is completely useless to you, it may be because your cup is not filled with water, but something else, the medicine has not melted.

When you are haunted by the stories of the past, shocked by the stories of the future, and trapped by the stories of the present, settle down to listen to or meditate on these four words accordingly, just as the earth absorbs raindrops, just as a pill dissolves in water and is drunk by you. Try your best to make yourself feel at home and at peace!
