To have an impeccable complexion, it is recommended to take care of the way you use your towel. It is best to have a set of small towels, just in front. This way you will be able to use a freshly washed towel every morning. Why is it an important habit?

Even in the case of natural fabrics, when they get wet, the bacteria can grow freely. A damp towel can be a good environment for such bacteria. It is best to wash it immediately and use a clean one the next time you wipe your face.

Avoid too dry air

In the cold season, radiators, radiators, or other heat sources can dry out the air in your home excessively, which does not, for example, promote proper hydration of the skin, including the scalp. Therefore, it is possible to feel drier on your skin during the winter and even feel an itchy scalp.
