Growing up holistic

Read credits her upbringing for molding her to be someone who looks to nature for the answers when it comes to skin care and health.

“Being born and raised in Trinidad, my West-Indian heritage has molded me into an earthy person with a holistic belief that nature will provide all we need. This has led me to search for the best in natural and pure skincare products that moms can trust, not only for themselves but for their babies skin as well,” Read explained.

Read has suffered from extremely sensitive skin her entire life and was later diagnosed with psoriasis, a skin condition that can be debilitating. Psoriasis is deemed an immune system problem, which can cause rashes, itchy-dry patches and even affect the joints.
