Tension Increases Acne on the Face, Be Careful

Acne is such a problem that every youth is troubled and dust and soil and oil are usually blamed for this. But do you know that the cause of acne on the face is also stress. Yes, and we are not saying this, but a research has got information about this. If next time you are also troubled by the problem of acne, then to avoid it, try to reduce stress along with cleanliness of the skin.

According to research, bad eating habits, stress and wrong skin care are some of the major reasons that are directly related to acne. According to a research by the 28th European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology Congress in Madrid, more than 6,700 participants from a total of 6 countries were tested for these harmful factors of acne.

Stress causes acne

A new research has shown that if a person suffering from acne and pimples starts to remain tense, then the situation can worsen. Scientists say that during the examinations, there is every possibility of worsening the condition of acne and pimples in teenagers. Acne is one of the most common skin problems. It is estimated that 85 out of a hundred people have to face the problem of acne and pimples at some point in their lifetime. And the biggest reason for this is acne.

However, in a report published in the Archives of Dermatology, experts have said that there is still no evidence that stress is directly responsible for acne. It was found in this study that during examinations, students do not have any special concern about their face. Therefore, according to experts, the fact of increasing stress due to acne is not as effective, but on the contrary, increasing acne due to increased stress is more correct.

Scientists believe that in a state of stress, the body starts producing more hormones that make the skin oily. It has also been found that under stress, the process of wound healing slows down by up to 40 percent. Dr Niall Wilson, a dermatologist at Liverpool University, agreed with the latest study report, but added, "Many patients associate stress conditions with acne, but it should not be the only cause."

Apart from these, dust and pollution are also among its important factors. Not only this, excessive use of chemical-rich products for skincare is also responsible for acne.

Diet is also responsible

'For the first time, this research allows us to identify factors related to this before treatment prescriptions', said lead researcher Brigitte Dano from the University Hospital of Nantes in France. The results showed that acne was more common in people who consumed dairy products daily, that is, 48.2% of people who regularly consumed dairy products had acne, while 38.8 percent of people who did not have it. is.

Remedies to get rid of acne

Researchers from Stanford University, in one of their research, believed that in the state of stress, hormones like adrenal androgen are produced in the body which increase acne. That's why acne is more prone to stress situations. Yes, stress promotes such hormones, due to which acne starts. So it is important that you try to reduce your stress. For this, do some such work, which gives you happiness from within. When your stress is less, then acne will not bother you again and again.

Take care of cleanliness

Along with the skin, if you do not change your pillow covers, bed sheets and towels from time to time, then understand that you will never get rid of acne.
