• Bring 250 mL sesame oil to boil until it begins to smoke.

• Boil the oil for 5-6 minutes after adding 5 cups of henna powder.

• Use this essential oil on your hair at least twice a week.

Although there are many homemade hair packs for hair fall using henna is one of the easiest ways to control it. Hair fall can be effectively treated using henna powder and mustard oil.

Instructions

• Bring 250 mL mustard oil to a boil.

• Continue to boil after adding a few henna leaves.

• Massage your hair and scalp with the oil twice a week.

Step 1- Henna Application

1. Combine the henna powder and lemon juice in a mixing basin.

2. Gradually add water, constantly stirring, until you have a thick pudding-like substance.

3. Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap and set it aside overnight to allow the henna color to release.

4. Put on your rubber gloves and wrap an old towel around your shoulders.

5. Separate your hair into as many parts as you'd like and clip them together.

6. Using a hair coloring brush, apply henna to one region at a time, working from the roots to the ends.

7. Curl this portion of your hair around your finger and stick it to your head.

8. Once you've finished applying henna to all parts, go over your head with the rest of the henna and rub it in with your hands to ensure total coverage.

9. Henna can be left on for anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.

10. Rinse the henna with water plain water

Step 2: Indigo Application

1. Slowly add water to the indigo powder, salt, and cornstarch mixture until it forms a thick paste.

2. Divide your hair into pieces and apply the indigo paste like you did the henna.

3. Wear a shower cap and keep it on all night.

4. Water should be used to remove the indigo paste. For the next 2-3 days, don't put any shampoo or conditioner on it. It may take a few days for the black color in your hair to fully develop.

• Henna should be soaked in black tea overnight.

Instructions

• With a bit of water, combine Multani mitti and henna and get a paste ready

• Wrap your hair with a towel after applying this hair mask.

• Keep this in the fridge overnight.
