Essential oils are naturally derived oils that are used for aromatherapy and natural skincare or haircare. As a nudist, it is vital that you take care of your skin to protect it from damage, especially sun damage. Wear sunscreen at all times however, there are some natural essential oils that you could utilize to boost your skin health.

Here are 16 essential oils that every nudist should consider trying.

1. Argan Oil

Argan oil is a highly potent essential oil rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that protect the skin from sun damage and various other harmful agents that could cause premature skin aging. Argan oil nourishes and protects the skin and can be applied on it's own or in combination with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.

2. Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is a soothing, healing oil that not only protects the skin but it also has therapeutic properties that reduce anxiety and stress. Nudism is great for alleviating insomnia, lavender essential oil can help to reduce insomnia too.

Combine five to six drops of lavender essential oil with 200ml of room temperature water. Pour into an empty spray bottle and spray on your pillow or around your room before you go to sleep.

3. Cedarwood oil

Cedarwood oil is excellent for fighting acne and blemishes. Add a few drops to clean water or olive oil and apply it to the affected area.

4. Vetiver Essential Oil
