Tree - 'A Perfect Circle' Releases Debut Single on 1st May

Tree is a Belfast born Artist, Songwriter, & Session Musician based in Leeds. Her genre revolves around the fusion of Alternative Rock with Pop, Folk & Country elements. Her music forms a cinematic soundscape as a bed for raw story-telling. Blending warm and emotive harmonies, you can hear her influences ranging from Kate Bush & Bjork in the vocals, and Avenged Sevenfold for slide guitar sections and stunning fingerpicked guitar melodies.

Tree’s real name is ‘Theresa Terzonie’, and has thrived on music ever since she can remember. In her early days at 4 years old, Tree would perform in front of her large Irish family in her grandmother’s living room. Her grandfather said she would ‘have a gold star on her door someday’. She knew that music was her path from the beginning. Tree is inspired by her rare life experiences, trauma, healing, spirituality and life’s meaningful lessons.

Tree’s writing inspires to strike a chord in people’s hearts on their first listen. Although her tracks are all about personal experiences and life lessons, she believes that her tracks are universal, leaving listeners to relate in a unique and distinctive way. Aspiring towards the Charts, Festivals and TV Shows, Tree allows the listener to come on a journey that is exciting and soaring in a commercial & uplifting direction.

Tree’s debut single, ‘A Perfect Circle’ is set for release on the 1st May 2020 through See Colour Records. Delivering an entirely original sound utilising anthemic pop hooks in the vocals, Tree will have you singing along to the first chorus immediately. The track is light, uplifting and has you searching within on what ‘keeps you grounded’ in ‘a perfect circle’. The track is all about holding on to the thing that keeps you the most grounded in life, and heading in a positive direction, coming back to the cycle of the sentiment.
