In the spring, singer-songwriter and actress Alivia Clark released the breathtaking single, "Breathless." The budding songstress now closes out the summer and kicks off the fall with "Dancing In Circles." The Dance-Pop anthem is marked by its pulsating, intoxicating rhythm and Alivia Clark's polished, sultry vocals.

When and how did you get started in music?

I’ve been singing ever since I could talk. I was born in love with music. I knew from a young age what I wanted to do and started asking my parents to sing and act professionally for years when I was little. I ended up getting signed at the age of 8! I grew up working in film, TV, theater, and voice-overs. All this time I would mess around with lyrics and melodies. In high school, I released my first original song, and from there, I haven't stopped since.

What is one of the proudest moments of your music career so far?

At fifteen, I was given full creative control over my segment in that year’s annual performance at Carnegie Hall. Honestly, it was the first time I really had to trust my own vision. I decided to put together a medley of “Imagine” by John Lennon and “My World Needs You” by Kirk Franklin, backed by this incredible gospel choir. It was definitely different from anything I’d done before, but I just felt pulled to it. I wanted to create a moment that felt bigger than me. Something that brought people together, not just through the music, but through the feeling in the room.

About halfway through the performance, I had this moment where I just paused and took it all in. Hundreds of people swaying, singing, and smiling, it felt like everyone was connected in the same breath. I remember thinking, this is it. That’s when it really clicked for me, this is what I’m meant to do. Take my experiences, everything I feel and go through, and turn it into something that makes people feel seen, while also getting them up and dancing!
