Some videos are better watched by yourself.

You're with your family in the living room. This video comes on. You're leaving.

Those are the kind of videos we're looking at today. Those videos that are way too hot and uncomfortable to watch with your parents, family, or church members.

Nigeria has certainly evolved over time. Videos that were deemed "risque" back in the day are tame in comparison to some of the videos today. Half-naked women dancing around a guy is nothing at this point.

However in this list, we're not talking about random video vixens dancing, we're talking about videos that are sexy. Hot. Sizzling. And purposefully so.

Today, we're looking at Nigerian Music Videos That Are Way Too Hot For Television and because there are too too tooo many types of videos like this, I've decided to break it up into parts. For now, here are 6 videos.

Oh, before we dive into the list, make sure to like and follow me on Facebook so you don't miss out on daily fun lists, articles, and games. To catch up on other interesting content I'm sure you love, click here.

Alright. Now, to our list!

1. May D - Soundtrack.

When Mr May D released the song, Soundtrack on 13 May 2011, listeners around Nigeria were shocked by the vulgarity of the song's lyrics and the ah ah ahs of the girl's "soundtrack" (if you have no idea what I'm talking about, listen to the song and you'll get it).

But as controversial as the song itself was, viewers were not ready for the video that May D dropped about a year later on the 12th of January, 2012.

The video which you can watch above, caused many eyes to bulge, many critics to critic, and the National Broadcast Commission (NBC) to express concerns as to the effect of the raunchy scenes on the general public.

As raunchy as the video was, it was a huge success which went on to garner over 10 million views before the video got taken down from his label at the time's official Youtube page.

Lucky for the good people of the internet, the video still lives on and you too can still enjoy May D's "Soundtrack". Just make sure to do it in your room.

2. Maheeda - Naija Bad Girl

Woo!

Maheeda's Naija Bad Girl is a video that will leave you feeling in need of a shower once you're done watching.

For a majority of the video, Maheeda, along with her dancers are either completely naked or partially naked. I mean, the essentials are obviously not on display, she keeps those covered. Everything else though is on full display in this video. Mrs. Maheeda leaves nothing to the imagination.

Fun tip: Would it surprise you if I told you that Maheeda started off as a gospel singer? Yup. She in fact did.

3. Banky W - Follow You Go

Talk about sensual!

Where Maheeda leaves nothing to the imagination, Mr Banky W with the help of his 3 female co-stars relies on imagination and anticipation with the video to his single, Follow You Go. The video shows three women who also happen to celebrities in their own rights: Muna, Beverly Naya, and Goldie being seduced, touched, and caressed by Banky.

It's all very slow, sexy, and erotic and is definitely one of those videos that will leave you feeling hot and bothered after you're done.

4. Tiwa Savage - Wanted

This video has to make an appearance on my list if I want it to or not. When Tiwa Savage dropped the single, Wanted of her Once Upon A Time album in May of 2014, the Nigerian internet went into a FRENZY.

The songstress was immediately bashed by many as being "trashy", "tasteless", "immoral". There was no bad word that Tiwa Savage wasn't called at the time, yet she remained unphased and chose to not take the video down despite the backlash.

The video has since gone on to amass over 2 million views and is still one of her most successful songs internationally to date.

Wow, she definitely showed us why she's wanted with this one. Watch with care.

5. Iyanya - Mr Oreo

Iyanya said, this one is for the laaadiiieeeessssss.

Nigerian singer, Iyanya released the visuals to his already popular song at the time, Mr Oreo, in late 2014 and the video definitely came with the intention to heat up screens.

The video is full of sexual energy, shirtless scenes, almost naked girls, but all tastefully done in my opinion. It's one of those videos, just like Banky's and the Dipp video in number 6 below, that I think serve sexiness without being overtly "trashy" for a lack of a better word.

The song is still fire and the video is just as hot.

6. Dipp and Yemi Alade - Rock Your Body

Whoo! Talk about keeping it hot in a video.

I remember when this video came out and people swore that Dipp and Yemi were together. Reporters hounded them, especially Yemi, about the video for months. It was the talk of the town. And understandably so too because the video is nothing short of hot.

The video starts off with Dipp asking Yemi what she wants to do tonight. Her response: "Something freaky".

And it is truly something freaky that we got. The video is highly suggestive, and very sexy. Just remember to lock your door before you press play!

THAT'S ALL.

That brings us to the end of our list! I hope you've enjoyed reading through this article.
