Each of us has certain songs with which we can completely or inexplicably identify. These are the songs that make you feel good no matter the weather outside or how much a friend has upset you. So, can you imagine how your favorite songs can help you get over a breakup?

For the best antidepressant, you only need a list of songs that make you feel good, along with the songs we recommend. In the end, you're going to wonder how you were so scared and naive that you thought you'd always be hanging out with your ex.

How do sounds interact with your body for total relaxation?

Mesotherapy (music therapy) is a branch of psychotherapy, used since ancient times to soothe the senses and treat many ailments. Since the 19th century, mesotherapy has been used to treat mental and emotional disorders, aggression, anxiety, depression, asthma, and eating disorders.

Listened to optimal conditions, the music induces a state of well-being, security, and confidence, expressing a lot of feelings that cannot be described in words.

It is very possible that you cannot refrain from playing sad songs, but you must keep a balance, which I recommend from your own experience: you can listen to sad songs that help you cry and unload, then when you feel like you calmed down, took a deep breath and inhaled a few times and let go of the happy songs, without ever entering the "sad" list.

After all, we must not suppress our nervous discharges, but we must laugh much more than we cry!

Under what conditions do you have to listen to music to get the desired effect?

There are several small conditions that you must meet to fully enjoy the resonance of sounds:

  • to be alone in the room or to have nothing to do for at least an hour;
  • the sounds (music) should be at least 2 meters away from you;
  • not to have objects around that remind you of HIM;
  • the place where you sit should be soft and comfortable;
  • keep your hands close to your body and your legs relaxed to facilitate the flow of energy between the main points of the body;
  • room temperature to vary between 20–24 ° C.
  • the sound level should be medium. Listening too slowly, the musical message is hard to perceive, and listening too hard tires you and speeds up your heart rate.

Classical music pieces recommended by specialists

Psychotherapists and music specialists have conducted a lot of studies that have led to a unanimous conclusion: healing music, especially instrumental music, and classical music. Prolonged studies have established certain songs depending on the problem you suffer from, as follows:

for calming the nervous system - Concert no. 5 for piano and orchestra by Beethoven and Overture to Wagner's Parsifal;

  • for relaxation body and soul - Sonata for flute, viola and harp and Moonlight by Debussy, Chopin's Nocturnes, Concert no. 4 in Paganini's D Minor, the overture to Tchaikovsky's "Beauty from the Sleeping Forest" and the Revelation of the Animals by Vangelis;
  • for the removal of fatigue - The symphonic poem Vltava by Smetana and Dimineata by Grieg;
  • to fight depression - Dvorak's Carnival. Bolero by Ravel and Carmen by Bizet;
  • for reducing anxiety - Beethoven's Ode to Joy, Wagner's Pilgrim's Choir and Schubert's Ave Maria;
  • to alleviate a great suffering - Dvorak's Cello Concerto and Tchaikovsky's Pathetic.

10 contemporary songs, perfect for a woman confident in a new beginning!

After enjoying classical music and starting to feel better, put the icing on the cake with 10 cheerful, crazy, energizing contemporary songs for the woman who is confident in you!

For an amazing effect, I advise you to listen to them in the (ascending) order in which I recommend them:

1. You and I - Medina - "I have no more time for you to hurt my feelings / Done enough to prove all that I believe in / We are at the end, no more stupid lies / I'm better off without you here by my side ".

The lyrics convey the message very well: you don't need someone who lies to you, hurts you, and doesn't believe in the power of your relationship. You will soon notice that you should have fun with friends, without HIM.

2. Irreplaceable - Beyonce - Did she cheat on you and find out? "Irreplaceable" is the perfect song to make you realize that you made the best choice by breaking up with him. And if you're not fully convinced that you can't have someone better than HIM, your phone's ringtone should sound something like this: "You must not know about me / I can have another you by tomorrow / So don't you ever for a second get to thinking you're irreplaceable ".

3. Tomorrow - Voltage - I couldn't make this top without introducing the energy of the song of one of my favorite bands. Nothing is impossible if you trust yourself and the many possibilities of tomorrow: "But tomorrow all this will not matter / If you try to say so / I will go over this / What will be, will be / I to shout again, this is life / It's tomorrow too! "

4. Funhouse - Pink - Does it matter if it used to be beautiful and bright if everything is in the fog now? Not! So it is best to get rid of everything that hurts you and everything that reminds you of it! Bring down your former relationship, get rid of negative energies, and … let the fun begin! "This used to be a Funhouse / But now is full of evil clowns / It's time to start the countdown / I'm gonna 'burn it down / 9..8..7 … 6 … 5 … 4 … 3 … 2 … 1 … FUN! "

5. Hot and cold - Katy Perry - Crazy Katy Perry warms up the atmosphere with an extremely positive message: there's no point in bothering to change someone who doesn't want to change, just as there's no point in getting stuck in a relationship that tires you, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. "I should know that you're no good for me / 'Cause you're hot then you're cold / You're yes then you're no / You're in then you're out / You're up then you're down ".

6. It's my life - Bon Jovi - Rather than drown in the jar of melancholy and wet all the napkins and handkerchiefs in the house, better listen to the anthem of freedom and life lived to the fullest, because no one and nothing deserves to let life pass next to you! "It's my life / And it's now or never / I ain't gonna live forever / I just want to live while I'm alive /' Cause it's my life! ".

7. Upside Down - Paloma Faith - Have you broken up and still don't know what you want? No problem! Taste every pleasure of life and live every day the way you want, even upside down! Here is the advice of the charismatic Paloma Faith: "I tell you what / What I have found / That I'm no fool / I'm just upside down./ Ain't got no cares / I ain't got no rules / I think I like / Living upside down ".

8. Bitch - Meredith Brooks - If you are the one who wanted to get out of the relationship, it does not mean that you have no regrets, doubts, and questions. But there is something much more important: respect for you and the desire to live fully, it makes you vibrate. It is your right to search until you find the right person. The lyrics fit you like a glove: "I'm a little bit of everything all rolled into one / I'm a bitch, I'm a lover / I'm a child, I'm a mother / I'm a sinner, I'm a saint / I don't feel ashamed ".

9. Rise up- Yves Larock - We are approaching the maximum point of fun and release of any negative energy! That's why I recommend one of my favorite songs, which manages to give me confidence and make me smile every time I listen to it! Get up, break the invisible chains, dance and leave everything behind! "RISE UP! Don't you fall again / Rise! It's time we break the chains! I try to fly, no lie, so high / Direction: Sky!"

10. I will survive - Gloria Gaynor - "I used to cry / But now I hold my head up high / And you see me, somebody new / I'm not that chained up little person / Still in love with you / Oh, no, I will survive! "

I could not reach the climax of well-being the classic song of parting! Sung at parties, hummed with pleasure after a few glasses of … what do you want, the song knows how to put an end to it: it's over, it's hurt, it's over and now you're smiling, confident! I guarantee it, it's possible!
