Displaying remarkable talent and passion for the sport from a young age, Messi began playing football at the age of five with the local club Grandoli, where his exceptional skills caught the attention of coaches and fellow players. Recognizing his immense potential, his family relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, when he was only 13, providing him with the opportunity to join the renowned La Masia youth academy at FC Barcelona.
