Jupiterkami, Upcoming Musician

Ricardo Morales, better known by his stage name “Jupiterkami” is an upcoming singer/rapper/songwriter from Dallas, TX. While Kami has been making music since 2019 he has been the most active during this year of 2022 dropping 2 full length albums, 1 EP and 8 singles.

Tsukuyomi’s original release date was scheduled to be on christmas day of 2021 but due to problems with distribution Kami decided to release it on January 1st, 2022. Tsukuyomi contains a mix of trap metal,dark trap,Alternative rock and Experimental songs. This one seems a bit more “chaotic” in the way that it’s presented but it’s able to showcase what Kami was able to do at the time and was the best way to showcase his skill.

A Villain’s collection is a project which has previously soundcloud/youtube exclusive songs and new ones. The album contains a mix of trap metal/dark trap songs (even one produced by long time Lil Darkie producer triplesixdelete) A villain’s collection also contains Alternative rock songs such as “Failed Star”, Boombap such as “1 minute till doomsday”, Emo Rap such as “rockstar” and even some experimental such as “The Calm Before The Storm” and “THE END / NEXT CHAPTER”

On April 29, 2022 Jupiterkami dropped a Dark Trap song featuring Guap Sensei called “THE BATHROOM MURDERS” with a 3D Cover done by kami which depicts two “VR Chat” like characters of Jupiterkami and Guap Sensei. While the song has not been out for long it has become his most streamed song though that is most likely due to Guap Sensei’s popularity.

Jupiterkami is quite active on instagram, posting every so often, especially when he drops a new song. He shows artistic creativity by posting edited photos of him wearing his “Iconic” mask with red & blue “++” symbols.

Jupiterkami goes under 2 alter egos; His most popular one is “GODKILLEDKAMI” in which he released a song called Eren Jaeger and is his most streamed song overall being his only public song with over 10 thousand streams. He has also released 3 other singles which are either Emo Rap or Experimental but less serious than his Jupiterkami songs. His other one is called “Lil vamphr” which was formerly known as “++” but was changed because originally the account was meant for his collective called “++ collective” which disbanded early 2021. While the account was inactive for a long time but on June, 9 2022; Kami/Vamphr decided to drop a single called No control. When the song was released the account name was under “++” but on July it changed to “Lil vamphr” after he announced it on his discord server. Kami/vamphr has not dropped a song since the name change.

While Kami is very quiet about the projects he’s working on; he has confirmed in an instagram story two albums for the future. The 1st one is called “Mission to Jupiter '' which is set to be released early 2023 and “Wedding Day” that is set to be released on 2024-2025 but the progress on these projects are unknown as of now. Kami is a versatile artist that clearly needs more work to improve but seems to have some sort of creative vision when it comes to releases, how his projects look, and how his image appears. If you’re into music like Lil darkie, XXXTentacion, and nascar aloe I would recommend you check his music.
