About Trve: Trevor Patrick Nelson, Jr. (born July 20, 1999), better known by his stage name Trve (Trev), is an Atlanta rapper, songwriter, singer and model. He graduated from Johns Creek High School and currently attends Georgia State University where he is majoring in Business. Trve showed an interest in music at an early age. He started piano lessons at the age 5 but gave up the lessons after only a few years because he struggled to read music. He currently plays the piano and guitar but plays mostly by ear. He started to DJ at the age of 12 and worked mostly neighborhood parties and church functions.
Early Career: In March of 2019, he began artist development with UED studios in Norcross, Georgia. The program consisted of weekly vocal lessons, choreography, and studio recording time. He completed his yet to be released EP “Doppelganger” which includes 6 songs, each with a different style. The first song released from the EP is “Can’t Go A Day”. The record was released through Sony/Orchard Distribution. It is also confirmed Trevor is working on an album as well!

2019 - Can’t Go A Day
On October, 31st of 2019, TRVE released his debut single Can’t Go A Day through Sony Orchard and UEDMG. This helped him gain traction on the beginning of his music career. He also shot a music video for the single as well at STUDIO SPACE ATLANTA. The music video was released on MTV, VEVO, and all other platforms on March 6th, 2020. As of March 20, 2020, it has over 250,000 streams on all platforms. He has also made it to radio and has recently started charting in top 100 on the Digital Radio Chart. Trve is also charting at #8 on the Top 150 independent artists as well.
Trve (https://trvemusic.com) started working at the age of 12 as a referee for youth soccer. At the age of 15 he started working at Skyzone as a court monitor. He learned the ropes in all departments and worked his way up to become the head media supervisor.
Trve (https://trvemusic.com) began to develop himself as an artist in 2018 and built a recording studio in the basement of his family home. He had a friend who showed him the basics of how to record and he has been perfecting his craft ever since.
Trve started off in GarageBand and slowly worked his way into other recording software including Pro Tools which is the industry standard.
In addition to recording his own music Trevor records for other local artists and mixes for artists both locally and throughout the US. His first track was “Dreaming” with Reggie Mills which he recorded at a studio In New York City in January of 2019. It was released on Spotify and all streaming platforms April 26th, 2019.
Trve (https://trvemusic.com) has a variety of different styles and vibes and is constantly creating new master pieces. In a interview with Medium, Trve spoke on finding interests in artists like Juice Wrld, Trippie Redd, XXXTENTACION, ZAYN, Sam Smith, Shawn Mendes, Drake, & more.
