Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was one of the most accomplished composer of all time. To reach his goal of becoming world-famous, he had to face many challenges as a young man. One of the many famous compositions that he composed were, 'Don Giovanni' and 'Turkish March.' ​

Mozart was an extremely talented composer. He learned to play the piano and the violin at the age of 4. He then stuck with the passion of music and composition which he made his companion for life. He sang religious hymns, churlish songs, etc. In 1761, at the age of 5, he performed in public for the first time after practicing with his father and sister. His first performance was in a musical comedy. At the age of 5, Mozart composed his first song. Enjoying his passion for music, Mozart travelled all around Europe to perform concerts for royal families. Mozart also loved animals. He owned 2 dogs, a grasshopper, and a few birds as well. As a young child, Mozart dealt with autism & depression, but he never let that get him to stop his music career. Mozart & his sister performed in child prodigies and they visited places like Paris and London to perform more of their songs.​

Mozart was born around 363 years ago on January 27th, 1756 in Salzburg, Austria. He then passed away 35 years later on December 5th, 1791, 53 days his 36th birthday. He died in Vienna, Austria.​

The reason why Mozart died at such a young age, was due to the cause of a "severe miliary fever." This illness is an infectious disease that causes acute fever and severe skin rashes. This can result in an extremely painful death unless it is treated with proper care.​

FATHER: Johann Georg Leopold Mozart was a German composer, conductor, teacher, and violinist. Leopold is best known today as the father and teacher of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. ​

MOTHER: Mozart's mother, Anna Maria Walburga Mozart didn't have an occupation.​

The birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was at No. 9 Getreidegasse in Salzburg, Austria. The Mozart family resided on the third floor from 1747 to 1773.​

3. Mozart & Constanze lived in a fully furnished room in the house of the Weber family.​

Mozart loved games of all sorts. He knew many card tricks and his other interests included billiards, bowling, charades, fencing, and horseback riding. ​

Mozart's parents, Leopold Mozart and Anna Maria Mozart, were Catholics and raised their children in this religion. They encouraged family prayer, fasting, and regular attendance at Mass.​

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was from the choral music of the classical era. He, and 2 other composers dominated this era which makes them so popular when it comes to classical music. ​

Mozart was one of the greatest composers of all times. He created twenty-four operas including famous works like "The Magic Flute", "Don Giovanni" and "The Marriage of Figaro", he also created seventeen masses and over fifty symphonies. Mozart died in 1791 while working on his famous composition, "requiem."​

Mozart became famous all over Europe as a child prodigy because of the incredible talent he showed as a small boy. He was writing symphonies and other works at an age when most children are interested in playing games and learning to read and write.​
