Tammy Reese: What inspired you to become a music artist?

Crown Vic: It's crazy cause you would think that I would say names like Jay Z, Kanye, Future, Etc, but in all honesty what made me become an artist was being in the studio while my D4L family spent long days and nights making hits, so I started my observation and learned how to record and made my first song 'Patiently Waiting" to make me a hit its Crown Vic.

Tammy Reese: What are some of the most memorable moments in your career so far?

Crown Vic: Just being on tour and traveling and having the opportunity to meet a lot of talented artists.

Tammy Reese: What was it like working with the late Shawty Lo?

Crown Vic: What I can tell you is that it was an honor to work with one of the greatest. Words can't describe how he was an Uncle to me. Being on the road every weekend state to state, late studio nights, recording verses, photographer, radio station to another, venue to venue, clothing line, cd distribution, transportation, managing door money, and getting drops. Handling business was my job, my title as COO/CFO I had to play my position, and work needed to be done. With that being said his legacy will forever live on.

Tammy Reese: Working on Tyler Perry productions must have been otherworldly. How did that come about?

Crown Vic: Wow, working with Tyler Perry was amazing. I was cast through a casting company that gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. Once I got booked to be a featured extra (non-speaking role) on one of his shows "If Loving You Is Wrong" on the Oprah Winfrey Network it opened doors for other roles on one of his shows "Love Thy Neighbor", I was the head chief.

Tammy Reese: What are you currently working on?

Crown Vic: I'm working to expand Vics All Purpose LLC Carpool Karaoke Service and start full production of my tv show called Riding Private With Vic that has nothing but laughter and fun.

Tammy Reese: What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?

Crown Vic: I enjoy seeing the smiles on people's faces and them going outside their comfort zone to sing the songs they love even if they don't have the best voice to go off of.

Tammy Reese: What is the best career advice you have ever received?

Crown Vic: Sometimes you just have to stay focused on yourself. There's nothing wrong with getting your foot in the door and bringing others up with you after.
