Billie Eilish has revealed the details of her highly anticipated new album. The 16-song studio album is titled Happier Than Ever and will be released on July 30.

As with her wildly successful debut record, the acclaimed award-winning When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Billie Eilish wrote all the lyrics and music for Happier Than Ever herself with help from her brother, Finneas, who produced the album in Los Angeles.

Billie Eilish has quickly become one of music’s biggest stars since the release of her debut single, “Ocean Eyes,” and continues to break barriers with her sound that defies musical genres.

In 2015, Eilishs’ album debuted at #1 on the Billboard top 200 in the US and 17 other countries around the world, becoming the most listened-to album on digital platforms in 2019.

When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? was written, produced, and recorded entirely by Billie Eilish and brother Finneas at their family home in Los Angeles.

Billie Eilish made history by becoming the youngest artist to receive nominations and win in the major categories of the 62nd Grammy Awards, receiving awards for Breakthrough Artist, Album of the Year, Recording of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Billie Eilish is also the youngest artist to write and record the official song from the James Bond saga, “No Time To Die.” Recently, Billie Eilish was nominated for four more awards at the 63rd Grammy Awards in 2021 and took home the trophies for Recording of the Year (with “Everything I Wanted”) and Best Movie Song (with “No Time To Die”).

Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry

On February 25, Apple TV+ premiered the documentary Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry, a new Apple original film from award-winning director R.J. Cutler.

The event included an exclusive intimate performance and was hosted by Apple Music DJ and entertainer Zane Lowe. In connection with the world premiere, Eilish revealed a live audio recording of “ilomilo” taken from the concert Eilish gave on October 10, 2019, at the Toyota Center in Houston, partly included in the documentary.

The film tells the story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global stardom. The director takes a deeply intimate look into the journey of this extraordinary teenager, her life on the road, on stage, and at home with her family as she wrote, recorded, and released her debut album.

Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry is an Apple Original Films production in partnership with Interscope Films, Darkroom, This Machine, and Lighthouse Management & Media.

Eilish has a long history with Apple. In addition to being a frequent interview guest on Apple Music's Zane Lowe, she has hosted not one, but two radio shows on Apple Music with "Groupies Have Feelings Too" and "Me and Dad Radio." In 2018, Apple chose Eilish to write an original ballad for the company's 2018 Christmas campaign.

In December 2019, Eilish received awards for Overall Artist of the Year, Best Album of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year with her brother FINNEAS at the inaugural Apple Music Awards.
