Zach Bryan, Kacey Musgraves - “I Remember Everything”

Zach Bryan continued to reach new heights with the release of his new self-titled album. A standout track on the record, “I Remember Everything,” features Kacey Musgraves and details the breakdown of a relationship. From its heartfelt lyricism to the effortless symmetry of Bryan and Musgraves vocals, “I Remember Everything” was one of the best songs released this year.

Tyler Childers - “In Your Love”

One of the most simplistic, but thoughtful love songs of 2023, Tyler Childers describes an unwavering love and support for one’s significant other. The simplistic melody of the song makes the emotional lyrics that much more powerful from start to finish.

Erin Kirby - “Redneck Rich”

Erin Kirby is cementing herself as one of country music’s brightest young stars. With the release of “Redneck Rich,” the Georgia native channels the best parts of classic country while adding her own modern twist to it.

Chris Stapleton - “White Horse”

The instrumentation in “White Horse” paired with Stapleton’s gritty vocals perfectly exemplifies the sense of warning that the lyrics convey. One of the most revered voices in country music to date, Chris Stapleton has done it all again with the release of his latest album, Higher, available now.

Greylan James - “Young Man”

2023 was a breakout year for Big Machine Label Group signee Greylan James. In addition to receiving his first ever CMA nomination for his writing on Jordan Davis’ “Next Thing You Know,” James released his most personal song to date – “Young Man.” Aptly titled from the name his Papaw affectionately gave him, the song was inspired by the wisdom, support and lessons Greylan learned from him over the years.

Skip Ewing - “Road Dog”

A critically acclaimed songwriter and artist in his own right, Skip Ewing released “Road Dog,” from his forthcoming album Road To California due out in 2024. Inspired by his beloved dog Shotgun, “Road Dog,” evocative and clever lyrical juxtaposition for man’s best friend.

Megan Moroney “I’m Not Pretty”

Megan Moroney had a breakout year with the release of her Lucky album that included the single “I’m Not Pretty.” With a sarcastic edge, Megan details love (and its fallout) in the digital age and what that entails. Megan’s signature wit is evident from start to finish as she details a relatable story for her fans to identify with.

Becca Bowen - “County Line”

Becca Bowen closed out 2023 with the release of her most personal song to date. Filled with nostalgia and introspection, “County Line” captures the sentiment of a dreamer in a small town and what it means to look back on all of the ups and downs in life. Fans and listeners alike have quickly latched on to this emotionally sentimental song.

Walker County - “Don’t Talk To Me Like That”

Sister duo Walker County released “Don’t Talk To Me Like That” which chronicles the importance of words and actions in a relationship. Sophie and Ivy’s lyrical pleas capture the attention of listeners from start to finish.

Donice Morace - “This Life I Love”

Donice Morace is staying true to his roots with “This Life I Love.” The title track of his 2023 album release, depicts the ways of the western lifestyle that mean so much to Donice. Not only does the song relate to Donice personally, but it’s also an anthem for embracing exactly who you are.

Jordana Bryant - “Penniless & Broke”

Country riser Jordana Bryant released “Penniless & Broke,” due in part, to an overwhelming fan response on socials. Each line of lyrics feels like a sneak peak into Bryant’s personal diary, making the 18-year-old’s songwriting one of her strongest attributes that fans relate to.

Lainey Wilson - “Wildflowers and Wild Horses”

Louisiana native, Lainey Wilson released "Wildflowers and Wild Horses," the most recent single off of her 2023 Bell Bottom Country album. This powerful anthem explores themes of independence and resilience, enhanced and complemented by Wilson's compelling energy.

Liddy Clark - “'Til the Sun Breaks the Dawn”

Singer and songwriter Liddy Clark released "'Til the Sun Breaks the Dawn" a part of her latest album Made Me. The lyrics for "Til the Sun Breaks the Dawn" showcases Liddy's authentic character and genuine personality, creating a true connection to her fans.

AUSTIN - “Way Too Much”

Austin's debut release "Way Too Much" explores the depths of heartbreak and reflects on the realities of when a relationship comes to an end. The melody and lyrics harmonize seamlessly to articulate a bittersweet message, truly connecting with listeners who can relate to his experience.

Chance McKinney - “Good Karma”

Chance McKinney wrapped up his 2023 with “Good Karma,” a song that seamlessly blends together Chance’s signature modern twist on the country genre with his signature tongue-in-cheek lyrics. The track encourages listeners to embrace the positive things in life and not take things too seriously.
