10. Rochester Hills Mansion

Now listed on the open market for $2 million dollars, Eminem first purchased this home over a decade ago, but it has been reported he rarely lives at the address.

Previously owned by former Kmart chairman Chuck Conaway, the 7,500-square-foot Rochester Hills property was purchased for $4.8 million dollars in 2003.

It has been used as a holiday home several times and features a large patio and relaxation area out the back with a large waterfall swimming pool and 6 acre garden.

There is a guard house on the large driveway with every bedroom in the main house featuring an en-suite bathroom.

The estate also includes tennis courts, a guest house with a wild game room and parking for up to 12 cars.

9. Porsche Carrera GT

Expect to see mainly Porsche and Ferrari super-cars on this list as Eminem seems to be a fan and we begin with the Porsche Carrera GT with its price tag new of $448,000 dollars.

Eminem’s Carrera GT is a mid-engine sports car that was manufactured by Porsche between 2004 and 2007.

The car has a 5.7 Liter V10 engine, 6-speed manual transmission and can go from 0–60 mph in just in 3.5 seconds with a maximum speed of 205 mph.

The interior is trimmed in soft leather, features a Bose audio system and has a navigation system as standard.

In typical Porsche fashion, the ignition is to the left of the steering wheel with this enabling the driver to start the car with the left hand and put it in gear with the right.

Thought to be worth $450,000 dollars this amazing necklace was once the property of Eminem before he gave it away at a concert.

Shaped in the style of a huge diamond-encrusted crucifix, he decided to give the bling away to a stunned fan without hesitation.

The necklace was given to a girl between 18 and 20 years old who wore glasses and had blond hair, with Eminem saying “I’m going to give this to the sexiest woman I see”

Now thought to be the main home for Eminem, this massive mansion home was built in 1996 and has 8,900 square-feet of space.

He paid $1.5 million in August of 2000 while married to his now ex-wife Kimberly Scott and not much is known about the inside of the house.

There is a large driveway with a fountain leads up to the brick home and views from the air show a large conservatory at the back and a private swimming pool.
