The Secret Life of the Manic depressive are Stephen Fry's words, coined in his two part documentary detailing his breakdown, his secret shame, and the stories of countless others that go through the debilitating effects of untreated trauma coping mechanisms.
I would totally believe in the theory of human ignorance, if it weren't for the fact that when cures do show up, or when information with the potential to help billions starts spreading IT IS SHUT DOWN. THAT IS PROOF, UNEQUIVOCAL PROOF TO ME THAT THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM: A WELL MEANING SCIENTIFIC WORLD WITH OUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART, THE AUTHORITY ON WHAT DISEASES ARE AND HOW THEY WORK.
I had the T-safe copper coil in between June 2015 and May 2019. For those four years, I experienced myself getting steadily sicker and sicker, and descending into what I thought was madness.
At first I did not connect the dots, nor know what was causing it. I was experiencing symptoms that increased in intensity as time went by, with no framework of reference to realise the coil was to blame. Like most, I had chosen the copper coil due to the fact it was a highly acclaimed non-hormonal birth control method, and all of the reviews and cautions centred only around having heavier periods, and a bit more pain.
I'm sorry but why are we suddenly so interested in agents of disease? We would rather focus on a sensationalist story (of course because the media is amping it up) because it feeds on peoples' shadows, like OCD type and germophobic behaviour, fears and phobias, wariness of each other and projection. The virus essentially becomes a scapegoat for all of peoples' fear of dying. The frantic activity of buying supplies and toilet paper stems from the extreme anxiety in the face of other issues you can do nothing about, or indeed refuse to do anything about. The satisfaction received through quarantining people and probing them for answers cannot be ignored, in the midst of it we feel a sense of control and like something is being done. No matter what it is, what's being done about it is not something up to the segregation of people, cleaning your house 50 times, or stocking up for the apocalypse.
Natural cures work via synergy, or the collective effect of the active compounds contained therein and their multitudinous interactions with each other. Their most potent work occurs because of the unique combinations of active and non active ingredients, and what they can target with their combined effort. The American Medical Association's (AMA) stance on natural remedies is that since nature cannot be patented, most of these remedies do not ever get approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Indeed, in most countries medical professionals are banned from suggesting alternative remedies or offering anything to their patients other than approved treatments, which in this case are the drugs which keep their practices afloat.
'The truth is often right in front of our noses. It is so close that we cannot focus on it... There is no such thing as 'the' truth. Truth is not something you can think of possessing. Truth is search. Truth can only be found by stretching the limits of your horizon, by widening your way of thinking.'
