My Definition of Pain.
As you go through life, as humans we naturally evolve from the old ways of humanity and the way we problem solve. A lot of us are just culturally oppressed or just simply taught the wrong things. Brain food is essential in todays battle for mental health. Looking at what we are up against is not an easy task. It takes a plethora of inner peace and inner strength. Speak boldly and from the heart! Train the mind and the body will follow. When you can feel this start to brew in your being, don't fight it, don't get frustrated, don't even question it. I once heard before, "when you roll with the punches it hurts less." Pain is physical and mental which is why a lot of times we tell ourselves we are okay or just flat out broken. When you shake off the pain you realize how strong you can be from feeling weak you start to remind yourself that you're human and it is okay to feel this way. You may not want to feel your pain but its there and there to stay. Life would have no purpose If all we felt was pleasure, you must find that balance between your pleasures, things that purely make you feel good about yourself, and pain, whatever pain means to you. Ignoring pain is one of the worst habits you can have in this human experience. It wont go away because you choose not to focus on it and pain runs deeper than you think and if not tended to can create not only deeper wounds for you but for other people around you. Pain can stem from many things; caring about others opinion, lack of selflove, or just simply not understanding something. These are okay to feel and sometimes all we need is a reminder of that. I feel like going through the motions and then growing through it is the most positive way to go about it. Its not about comparing your pain to others, its not about how bad it hurts, its not about making other people feel your pain but how you positively bounce back from your traumatizing experience. Battle scars are important only when you use them to elevate your conscious not to hurt more people. Sometimes we do it without even knowing it which leads to more pain. Everyone experiences different pain for a reason, we bare with it so the people after us have a positive example of how to go about pain. Some people might feel your pain, some may not. What it boils down to is how are you using your pain to heal yourself first, which leads to helping heal the world. Our pain is what pulls the creativity from our heart. You can choose to be an artist of destruction or an artist of creation. Its all up to you! Its your pain you choose to do what you want with it. Its up to you to seek the rest. So make the most of your pain this is all from my own personal pain and life experiences. I used to deal with pain the old, outdated way but now as I take the necessary steps to evolve and renew my conscious as a human I seek within and go about pain completely differently now. Yes I still have scars and battle wounds deeper than an ocean but I choose to fill it with purpose everyday. I am alive, breathing and thankful. That's true healing! The way our souls were created, this healing process will take time, dedication hard work and just simply the act of getting comfortable being uncomfortable. Life is what you make it, your soul is yours don't let anyone take it. BRAIN FOOD!
