Contemplating Beauty
Beauty can be a wonderful inspiration for daily life. When I have concentrated on beauty I have found it living in more and more places and people. I see it in the art friends share, I see it in nature, in creative projects, in how someone approaches someone with care and kindness, patience and compassion. Home projects made for self or loved ones become beautiful in their design or usefulness.

A Circadian Rhythm Resolve for the New Year
Nature can a be such a resource for us to learn our own natural rhythms. In daily life we can at times pick up the pace or rhythm of the life around us. It's natural to meet the day during life with what we have available to offer. We might have a schedule to keep and it might have a pace that varies.

Natures Beautiful Gifts
It is my belief that sometimes beautiful nature sends us messages. Sometimes these messages or messengers may appear in our lives for a brief visit, yet share a lifetime of wisdom. And so that is how this true experience goes with my family's' visit from a beautiful Barn Owl, also called ghost owl by some.

A Healing Story
Sally's heart felt both tender and full today. There was a little ache where she felt the feeling of missing her grandmother. She felt many feeling right now and had many thoughts and questions. At times during the past few days she felt teary and tiny water falls of tears flow. Then she felt relief for awhile.

Imagination and the Mystical Experience
I do not know at what age I began using my imagination to help me understand life, yet by age 8 it had become a natural relationship. Nature itself became a place of solace and learning where my imagination could thrive and mystical experiences could be observed daily. It seems natural when I look back over my life now. It seems natural that our world could share with us in countless ways through all the creation that lives and breathes here with us.

Nature and the Creative Life
Living in the country has been such a welcome surprise. I was raised in the city and loved living there. After marrying and 6 years of living in the city, we decided to try country life and have lived in the country in a home my husband and I designed for 24 years.
