Mirror, Mirror, On the Wall
The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own. I hadn't even noticed at first. Like A Prayer was playing in the background as I removed my clothes ( high heels and mini-skirt) to get ready for bed. The makeup took forever to wipe off, I was yawning and could barely find the patience to wipe it all off. Without it, I looked like a cat fished out of water... But I was out of the club now, no need to be pretty anymore.

Time will never stop
If Walls could talk... But how I wish I could not, how I wish I was mute, just like my brothers and sisters. How to explain what I have seen, how to make anyone understand? They think you are inanimate, they think you are an object, something to lean on, something to pound on, vomit on, urinate on, crash their cars in... beat another's head until blood and brains gush out, but how they would laugh if they knew, only knew!

My Monsters Are Real
I think I was asleep when it happened. The sharp drop from normal flight route to nosedive to damnation and death. I was listening to music, and I barely heard anything that shook me from the dreams I was having, something dark and twisted and scary as hell, like usual, until suddenly I was breathing water, and that brought me back to the unfortunate reality.
