No risk, no Merlot...
Pushing the heavy door, Lisa threw a glance at everything around her and smiled. There were almost no people and that made the place even comfier. Taking off the soaked raincoat and wasting no time, she approached the bar counter with a confident step. After making her order, the girl started looking around, seeking a place to crash. Lisa chose a small table by the window that had a nice view of the gulf. Taking her powder box, she looked in her mirror. She quickly started tending to her hair, trying to make it look like it was before, lucky for her makeup remained almost perfect. When Lisa was finally satisfied with the result, she put her mirror back in her bag and started looking into the window.

Ultimate Gift
Leaving the office building, the girl took a long look back at it, and her dream, which seemed to be getting farther and farther. Another refusal. Another NO. It was the fifth time this month already, that her potential investors refused to fund her project. Emma could not understand why. How could they be so oblivious and not see all the possibilities, that come with her idea? And she didn’t ask for that much, to be honest, only 20 grand. No job, no money, but full of ambition. Just like her dad. Speak of the devil. The phone rang.
