My early internet life
Hi, you all don't know me, why would you? I left my days of running large accounts in the past, staying low profile for 10+ years, but as I've been seeing people talking about a creator with a bigger platform than mine, using he/they pronouns and has been posting about how older people should not be dating barely legal teens, and them using an audio from a popular singer, things have been brought up, and I hate it, but it's not something I personally did wrong. This is my story, so obviously the names will be changed at any point names are used.

Threads, a new social media
So today I heard of a new app called Threads, an extension of meta, Mark Zuckerberg's massive platform, in addition to FaceBook, meta also owns Instagram, WhatsApp, and now Threads, I signed up and heres an honest review. I find it to be similar to twitter, but it feels cleaner, warmer, and all around pleasant, this of course is a first impression which is a great first impression. Threads is a new social media platform with all your favorites so far, and some I haven't seen yet, but doesn't mean they aren't there, I haven't noticed a character limit for how much you can type, or post which is awesome for those of us who have a lot to say, I myself love to talk and thats great for people like me, or if you enjoy scrolling and reading peoples posts Threads is amazing for that as well.

condemning christian?
Condemning Christian ? I see a lot of times where people who confess to being Christians, coming after people for their sins and telling them if they don't repent right now they'll burn in hell, but friends this will not help bring the lost to Jesus, in fact it will push them away, Im sure by now we're all aware of what the bible (scripture, God's word) says about certain sins and I agree with God and what He says, whether thats popular in todays world or not. But I also know people seem to forget Matthew 7:1-5 which says "1“Judge not, that you be not judged. 2For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; Mark 4:24; Luke 6:38and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3Luke 6:41And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye." or in romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" This is to say that everyone including christians who read our bibles everyday, pray all day, strive to walk in love all day everyday, still mess up there is no one, except God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit who are perfect, people are flawed from the day sin entered the world (as you can find in the book of genesis) and yes it is true there are christians who focus only on two sins, but then disregard the others, people talking bad about others behind their backs, gossiping, drinking to get drunk, lying, gossiping, so many other things that are sins but are normalized in todays society, does that make them okay? Nope! heck even swearing is a sin because thats using unwholesome speech, but thats also one of the more normalized sins in today’s society.

Missing submersible
A submersible set out from Canada on Sunday around 6am, there were five people on board the submersible setting out to visit the wreckage of RMS Titanic, the tickets to board this submersible cost $250,000, and has been missing since 1 hour and 45 minutes after starting their descent into the atlantic ocean, where they lost all communications with the polar prince which is the ship that transports it to their launch site. At the start of this ordeal they had 90 hours of air left for all five people in board, but as the US coast guard is trying to get down to their location which is 3,800m down on the sea bed, and is at a pressure of 40MPa, which is 390 times greater than what it is on the surface. as far as humans and how much water pressure we can handle being underwater, that depth is about 60m.

Vegans And Video Games
I have personally seen vegans say that its not vegan to play video games that involve hunting or fishing, etc, They say that it's not vegan, I personally don't think it's an issue to play video games like that or any other type of video game because it's animated and no actual animals are being harmed, so, I don't see it as an issue, but I would love to hear your opinions on this.

Christianity in today's world
With social media being at the forefront of today's world, and everyone being on social media and sharing all of their opinions, whether those opinions are popular or not, sharing their religious views, whether thats Christianity or any other religion as there lots of other religions, I'm here to speak on Christianity in today's world and my view on how it's portrayed in social media. I've been around on social media since the days of myspace, yup I'm a millennial, figures right? Anyway the internet being in everyones hand is both a good and bad thing, I can grab my phone, post a bible verse of the day on any platform, and go back to either scrolling aimlessly and filling my friends or family's inboxes with videos of cute babies doing silly things, or puppies,or kittens, or videos from other christians. We forget that we have the ability to have the bible right in our hand 24/7 whether its a physical bible or an app, or a book you bought on apple book store or google play book store, we have the ability to fully live in God's word, and some of scroll online, or we're out there commenting and not acting Christ like at all, not acting how Christians should behave according to God's word, now this isnt a Christianity call out post, I'm merely speaking on what I've seen. Christianity is one of, if not the most hated group of people on this planet, we're persecuted, mocked, ridiculed, daily, not that we didn't get told this was going to happen, I definitely see lots of people taking it personally, I've even fallen in and taken it personally a couple times.

WHY DO VEGANS EAT MEAT ALTERNATIVES
"Why do vegans always eat foods made to taste like meat" "if you don't like meat why do you eat fake meat?!" questions vegans hear all the time. Well let me explain that one, as humans we were raised to eat meat, which through out history if you look you'll find not everyone through time was a meat eater, beside the point, most people were raised eating meat, so we've conditioned to like the tastes and textures of meat. Now most vegans didn't grow up vegan, we grew up eating meat, dairy, eggs, honey, etc. But we watched documentaries such as dominion and did our research, not just google but actually deep diving on the internet looking into things, and we learned that being vegan is truly the best choice, for our bodies, for the animals, for the planet, but mostly people went vegan for the animals, when we learned the way animals are treated from birth to your plate, the chemicals, preservatives, meat glue, so many things we shouldn't be even touching, let alone consuming, we made the big decision to go vegan, and stop paying for that treatment of animals and moved to eat plants instead. Which is a great choice, but when we started advocating for animals, doing activism, and educating people on veganism, yes some activists are more aggressive than others, more in your face and argumentative about it, which I can see how that put a bad taste in your mouth, but the good news is there are tons of us who are willing to educate you, and help you on your journey. We know animals feel pain, they, like us, have a brain, a central nervous system, are sentient, feel fear, pain, happiness, sadness, anger, every emotion or feeling we get, they get. Which if you think about it, is both cool and sad, because when they feel hurt you can see it on them but they can't tell you about it, which if you've get a dog or a cat, and have ever seen them in pain you know it's so hard because you want to help them, you want to know where it hurts, what way it's hurting, and all the details so you can help them to feel better and explain to them that it's all going to be okay. Its the same thing with chickens, cows, pigs, horses, foxes, every animal that exists on this planet, to continue eating meat in my mind just seems heartless, especially if you've ever seen an animal suffering and sick in any way. We do this because we want animals to live, not to "force veganism down your throat" we want these animals to experience life, love, joy happiness, to be able to run and play and be spoiled and pampered and cuddled and just be happy, how can you help them to have that? Go vegan, watch dominion, watch black fish, watch what the health, watch dairy is scary, do the deep diving on the internet, reach out to other vegans and ask them what their journey looks like for them, where they started and where they are now, you can totally do this. Lets give these animals a life, Go vegan today! start a new journey, choose the vegan options to things you would normally get, instead hamburger patties made of ground beef, get beyond meat, gardein, impossible, versions of them, and soooo many other options You like yogurt? cool me too! try the so delicious coconut yogurt, or silk almond yogurt. like chips and french onion dip? same regular wavy potato chips, and kite hill or violife french onion dip are great! Have fun with it! welcome to veganism

The storm doll
"Stop Sam control yourself" I whisper to myself as I run through the woods to hide "it's just fake" I try to convince myself, but deep down I know it's real, I know that doll that looks like one of those life like babies, but like the size of a three year old for some reason chases after me laughing kind of like something out of a horror book.

Vegan activists, why do we care?
What are vegan activists exactly? and why do do they care so much about the animals? Well, Hi I'm a vegan and occasianlly do some online vegan activisim, allow me to answer both of these questions for you! A vegan activist can be anyone, your friend, neighbor, or even a co-worker, and there are several ways of doing vegan activism. The first is subtle and quiet, we could be out on the streets, or in the grocery store (possibly buying things like tofu or a vegan meat alternative) and wearing a shirt that has something to do with veganism, whether it says "vegan" directly or something like "friends not food" with pictures of a few different animals on it. The second type is a little louder and somewhat like me, although I have toned down on this form of activisim, where the activist himself, herself, or themself, could be posting pictures mocking meat eaters, and calling them names and telling them that if they're not vegan then they're animal abusers, I personally havent taken that method of activism but I have seen it, and I dont think it's particularly productive to helping someone see things from our point of view, or helping them to commit to a vegan life style. And the third type of activism is called "street activism" where people are much more in your face about this, with screens playing slaughter house footage, while they're blind folds, or approaching people in the streets and asking them why they're not vegan and why they're supporting animal abuse, using very hard and heavy words that envoke a reaction, words I will not use in this post for the fact of the weight behind them, and the emotion and quite honestly anger these words can cause, and this isn't that kind of article.

WELCOME TO VEGANISM
So you've probably read my last post, and hopefully you finished the documentaries i directed you to. If you have you're probably wondering now "well what can i do about this?" good news i have things you can do!! If you do still have meat in your house and someone who's willing to take it, give them the list i showed you, and let them learn too, then take the meat you bought and either toss it or give it to someone in your house that still eats meat. Now i know thats not the best option, as you still have the meat that you bought, or the dairy, or even honey, which we'll get into honey and all of that in a later post, but now we'll cover what you can do as far food if you have beans, rice, lettuce, veggies, or fruit, in your house right now thats a great start!!! but you'll need food for later on, so what should you do? go to your local grocery store and look for fruit or veggies you enjoy for snacking on, hummus, gardein "meat" and beyond meat, because we're vegan we still have taste (lol) and then get some just egg, or if your store doesnt have that they might have follow your heart eggs, Both of which are great!! theres so much vegan junk food, because even though we dont contrubite to the abuse and torture of animals anymore we still want to treat our selves, and good news guys, we can still have oreos, spicy sweet chili doritos, and yes even takis, but thats a personal preference to either eat it or not, (NOTE NOT ALL TAKIS ARE VEGAN) now for milk, yogurt and creamer?? "what can i do about that?" you may be thinking and silk almond milk brand has all of the above, my personal favorite being the chocolate almond milk, and there are so many options most of which are in the produce area, aside from the obvious, fruits and veggies, there's tempah, tofu, hot dogs (and yes you read that right vegan hot dogs) and vegan bacon of the same brand (i havent tried that bacon so i have no knowledge on how good that one is) but also smoothies are great i love having smoothies, also putting fruit or berries in the yogurt is so good too.
