King Of The Bed
It's not easy to train a fur baby to stay in their bed. When they're not old enough to know any better. Why?, because they're too cute! When they're puppies, you can do anything you want with them. When they get old, they have a mind of their own. They get scared easily with anything, even when they get old. So, you grab them and wrap them up, and you go to sleep with them in your bed. You do just about anything to make them feel protected and loved. Pets are like children, they're innocent and vulnerable. And where do they end up sleeping? They sleep in your bed, pretty much all the time. Going to work is hard because you have to leave your baby, and it makes you sad to leave them. Don't let those sad eyes fool you. When you leave, they go to their happy place. And that place is your bed.

Be Yourself
I've spent most of my life trying to figure out who I want to be in life. I din't know who I was supposed to be in society either. When you're a child, they tell you how to behave. You are told what you can and can't do. Everything you do is only to make other people happy. How can you make yourself happy? When does this all end? I guess it all ends one day, when you come to realize you have tried everything. You come to a point in life where it doesn't make sense anymore. It doesn't make sense to live the life that other people want you to live. You go around in life doing things that you think might make you happy, but it doesn't make you happy after all. You got carried away by a suggestion someone made, or they pushed you to do something different. You want to join a group, but you're scared of the change. You don't know what other people are going to think about you. Are people going to like you? What are people going to think when they see you? Are good looks more important to them?

Wild Spirits
The love I have for my sister is hard to explain. She's the only sister that I have, and we are 17 years apart. I'm very grateful for all the love she has for me as well. She has always gone far beyond extra miles for me. I never forget the time she stood up for me. I told her that a girl at school was mean to me, so we went to the girl's house to talk to her mom. After that day, the girl never bothered me again. I've always looked up to my sister, and she has been like a second mother to me. Sometimes she annoys me when she treats me like I'm one of her daughters. I don't blame her for doing it because it consoles her. That's why I don't mind and I choose not to take it personal either. My sister inspires me so much, she pushes herself a lot. And you wonder where she gets her strength from. It bothers me when she does it, because it makes her sick. She is very stubborn, and doesn't like being told what to do. I get upset with her too, when she wants to lecture me on something. I am stubborn as well, I don't like being told how to live my life. I want to do my own thing, and I have respect for others. I know my limits, and I can take care of myself.

Mom
Moms are so amazing because they have so much work to do. A mom will always be a mom no matter what. She can work 40 hours or more, and still come home and take care of her family. Some moms choose to stay and work from home. A mom is inspiring, no matter what she looks like, or who she is. A mom can accomplish a full day of work without complaining. Her goal is to always keep the family together. She is driven by all the love that she has for her family. She doesn't care what we look like or who we are. Sometimes we can be blessed and become a mom without planning it.

Every Second I Can Have
We adopted Preston when he had just turned 1. My husband suggested that we have a pet when we got married on our first year. I didn't have a job that year.He didn't want me to be by myself at home when he went to work. I thought about the idea of adopting a pet for the first time, but it wasn't an easy decision to make. It took me a long time to really want to do something like this. There's a lot to think about when you have a pet. To have a pet is like having a child that you have to take good care of. What drove me to make my decision was my husband's suggestion to not be by myself.

Let The Best Part Of You Blossom
"A Night In Paris." Wow! I can't wait for our High School prom. It's 1999 and I'm finally a senior in High School. The prom is just around the corner and I'm not ready with anything. I'm not a popular girl at school and I don't have a boyfriend. I'm a plain girl and just want to finish school.

BFF
My name is Tania. I am 40 years old, and I feel great. I feel much better than I did many, many years ago. Life might be hard for us sometimes, especially when there are unexpected changes. Caring for someone you love, with a mental illness, can be very challenging. I was always stuck wondering, "how can you take care of someone with this horrible disease?" Your heart will break into many pieces when you learn there's no cure for it. I would like to know and reach out to caregivers who care about a loved one with Alzheimer's disease. I want to do anything and everything that I can to help find a cure for this disease.
