The Creature
The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. Layla paused as she watched the flame flicker in the darkness. The cabin had been left to rot for longer than she’d been alive. No one had the courage to enter past the threshold since that gruesome night almost a half-century ago. Fear kept the cabin from being torn down years ago. There it still stood at the end of the town’s only cemetery.

Ice Cold Summer
You always knew summertime in the South was just different. The temperatures steadily climbed and by 10:00 am the heat was nearly unbearable, but you couldn’t not be outside. The Huntress
“There weren't always dragons in the Valley.” “Hmm?” Jackie faced the window. A dark cloud of smoke billowed through the white clouds. Bursts of fire soon followed. The roars of the beasts sounded like thunder but more deadly. She felt her insides vibrate with each roar.

The Homecoming
Billie knew she looked a mess. Tailored black suit, designer shoes, and her hair pulled back into a perfect coif made for an interesting contrast to her smudged mascara and red eyes. Sweat pooled at the back of her neck, but she didn’t stop dancing to the thumping bass of the New Orleans bounce mix the DJ spun. An ancient air conditioner sat in the lone window of the small space, but it didn’t do much to cool any of them down.

Awaken Your Divine Feminine
A spiritual awakening is a highly personal and beautiful thing. I had my awakening many years ago and I'm still awakening to new levels all the time. I recently rediscovered yoga in my life, and it has given me many wonderful cheat codes to deepen myself into my personal spiritual practice.
