Childhood Obesity
Childhood obesity is becoming a national epidemic. In the United States, an average of 1 in every 3 children between the ages of 2-19 are overweight or obese. Beautiful Ocean City, MD
Imagine it. Sitting on the warm sandy beach with a drink and a book, occasionally glancing up to watch the kids ride the waves into shore. Beautiful blue skies with just the slightest ocean breeze keep the heat at bay. Watching the sunset from the balcony of your condo is amazing. This is what my family waits for every year. We love visiting Ocean City, Maryland. It’s about a 5-hour drive from most parts of the Hudson Valley. We usually make it a longer trip and stop at different places along the way.
