BIOLOGY TO SOCIETY: UNEARTHING THE HUMAN BODY’S STORY THROUGH EPIGENETICS
Our bodies tell our stories. The human body encapsulates all our experiences, thoughts, and memories and stores them in the deepest recesses of our minds, seeping all the way to our genes. These genetic expressions, then, get inherited by our descendants, the body echoing its own story all the way to the future generation.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS AS RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Why Successful People Practice Mindfulness How does one measure success? As arbitrary as it is, people can warp its concept in so many ways. Some say it is measured by the numbers in your bank account. Some say it is measured by how many people know about you. Some say it is measured by much you can ‘get away’ with. In the surface, those are probably true, but not always: Criminals can have a fat bank account and have many people know them; corrupted rich people can get away with pretty much anything — but they are hardly a picture of success.

TIMELESS LEADERSHIP
The state of our world has never been closer to the precipice. We are living at extremely unpredictable times; with massive political unrest, climate change, and societal divide constantly driving us at the edge of total chaos. RESTORING MAN’S RELATIONSHIP WITH NATURE THROUGH SELF-AWARENESS
Our disconnection from nature began when we started leaning towards the material instead of the spiritual. Spirituality is an abstract concept that differs depending on one’s culture, personal perception, and belief. In general, however, it can be defined as an awareness of something greater, the integration with other living beings, and a realization of a profound sense of purpose. With the continual advancements of modern society, society has become more cynical and pragmatic, rejecting all other forms of belief that cannot be equated with tangible results. Our society, since then, has been built on consumerism, exploitation, and disrespect to nature.

You open the television, you hear the usual barrage of horrible news, and you feel yourself tapping out. Suddenly, all the suppressed fear and anxiety come rushing down. It’s only eight am.

THE WELL-BEING RETREAT WITH THE RIGHT DIFFERENCE
The unrelenting pressure and stress of the modern professional life disrupt the delicate balance between the body, mind and soul. And the most common manifestation of such strain are bodily discomforts, tiredness, pain, irritation, loss of interest, dimmed focus and low motivation.

ANCIENT WISDOM AT THE ROOT OF HOLISTIC EDUCATION
We all remember the one kid in class who always seems to be behind compared to the others. One would think that since they’re the one having a hard time that the teachers or even the system would focus more on that kid’s intellectual and emotional growth. Unfortunately, that rarely happens.

OVERCOMING STRESS AND BURN OUT AS THE WORLD ATTEMPTS TO GO BACK TO “NORMAL”
Experiencing the physical manifestations of stress such as body pains and headaches have become part of our normal lives over the last year. Young professionals and homemakers alike often have to grapple with their responsibilities despite their bodies constantly sending urgent messages to pause, take a breath, and rest. Being in a whiplash of things changing every second does not help either; with the news of new covid variants and inconsistent talks surrounding business arrangements popping up everywhere—anyone would nurse a headache every other night.
