Handwriting Lover
Growing up, I found myself valuing papers. To the point where I found myself in my room with stacks of paper. After years of writing I wanted to do something with all the papers that I have collected. Therefore, I decided to design art pieces with my papers of words. Shortly, I started to take pictures and make small videos. Pretty much, writing allows me to tell stories slightly from the norm. Similar, to creating an unheard of universe and introducing it to the realities of millions. Leading into a new development of art that I refer to as scripted-blue.

Food
Food is a part of all species daily lives. Most survival literally depends on the quantities of food. The most basic reason why I love food is because of the taste. Taste related to different dishes or styles of cooking, such as baking potatoes or boiling potatoes. Digging deeper, notice how fruits and vegetables are prepared by nature. The basic watering, soil and sunlight. Fruits and vegetables are by far my most favorite foods. No stove or oven is needed to prepare fruits; unless one is baking a peach or apple pie. Fruits and vegetables are very healthy for the body. Personally, I enjoy receiving all of my nutrients from fresh food. Far, as protein goes? One interesting fact about me is that I peel the skin off my chicken before I cook it. Tofu is another substitute over meat for those who enjoy a plant-based diet. The goal is serving everything in moderation. While, constantly monitoring unnecessary sugar intake and keeping it to a minimum.

Exercise Life
Exercise Life Outdoor VS. Indoor Firstly, I love to workout because it heals my whole body mentally and physically. Usually, I prefer the low impact exercises because it increases the chance of better results. Simply, with anything when you get into a habit of doing activities then it becomes part of your lifestyle. Personally, I select workouts that make me happy and excited to complete. Most will drill you on the knowledge of running high speed miles, joining workout classes and signing up for trainers etc. Very fantastic ideas, but are you a introvert or not? Most importantly, are you happy with exercising among large groups of people? Personally, I do not enjoy exercising with tons of people closely around me. After a while, it becomes very uncomfortable with people in my face telling me what workouts best fits my body-type.

Balanced Happiness
Balance is the soil for happiness. Wisdom | Hence, be selective with your attention and time. Keep in mind, unbalanced interactions usually develops into unhappiness. Example, one person is mentally advance and the other one still needs to learn the meaning of responsibility etc. To create balance, strive to be friendly as much as possible. Simply, because order is restored through compassion. Yet, draw the line at hi and good day.
